Run away from this place, as others commented it's a scam. Don't rely on booking.com rating, for some reason the most recent ones are from 2 years ago... There is zero check-in flexibility, we were 10 minutes late because we struggled to park and we informed them by phone. They told us it's too late and useless to come anymore, that they will cancel the booking. Of course they did nothing, we got charged the full night. The booking platform can't reach them either and is not helpful to get a refund.

Des problèmes des punaises de lit sans solution. Lieu fortement à éviter, Mr Paul va d'abord "s'excuser", pourtant après évitera tout contact avec vous et refusera de vous rembourser.
La mairie d'Aix en Provence n'apporte aucune solution.
À vous de prendre le risque. Apparement auprès du service de santé de la mairie c'est un problème qui vient de loin et le propriétaire n'arrive pas à résoudre.
On va porter plainte à la gendarmerie pour être remboursés et indemnisés. J'espère qu'il ne s'échappe plus de ses responsabilités

As others said, don’t book this place! It’s a scam! I fell for it as there are a few positive reviews on booking.com (seems all French-speaking). It’s literally a check-in window of 2.5 hours and if you can make it the owner won’t let you in even if you’ve already paid for the booking. Also the company managing the property (Holidu) was not at all helpful, did not respond in ages and don’t help you solve the issue - you get an email from them saying reach out to the owner beforehand to agree on a check-in time and when I wanted to complain they said
„After reviewing the situation, the host has unfortunately declined the request for a refund, citing that the check-in requirements outlined prior to arrival were not met“ biggest joke ever, will have to take legal action now - great thing to do and worry about during your holiday

Wir wollten vom 02.-04.06. dort übernachten. Wir informierten die Unterkunft, dass wir erst nach 22:00 ankommen werden, weil unsere Zugverbindung aus Straßbourg sehr spät war. Die Antwort war: Schreiben Sie eine Anfrage zu einer anderen Uhrzeit, weil Check-In nur bis 21:00 auf der Booking.com Seite war. Unsere Anfrage hat die Unterkunft dann abgelehnt. Auch die Vermittlungsbemühungen seitens booking haben nichts genützt. Letzendlich haben wir woanders gebucht und die Unterkunft hat unser Zimmer storniert...wir hatten am 01.06. das letzte Zimmer bekommen und am 02.06. war wieder etwas frei...
