As a member of a tour group, we had dinner one evening at this restaurant. My wife and I ordered a bottle of Rose. The waiter duly uncorked the bottle and served the wine. A little later we noticed the table cloth was very wet and could see that the wine bottle had been badly chipped near the bottom and it had leaked over the table. We raised this with the waiter who asked if we wanted another bottle and we said yes. No replacement bottle was supplied and on leaving we were charged the full amount for the broken bottle. As we were with other tour members we didn't want to spoil their evening by complaining. I suggest that if you decide to eat here, just check the wine bottles for damage, as the sommeliers clearly don't! We won't be going back!

Very frustrating experience with regards to the service quality at the restaurant. We have booked at hotel restaurant a month ago but when we got there, we understood we have a seat by the pool and it is just a snack menu. We asked a table in the main restaurant but we have been refused although there were lots of empty seats. They need some flexibility. We had a bad quality food, very limited choice and inflexible waiters in our minds now. It is a pity. The design of the rooms and external areas are amazing. Unfortunately people change your experience…

Séjour réservé via Staycation qui permet d'inclure le petit-déjeuner et un cocktail de bienvenue.

Superbe établissement avec un très grand espace de verdure, très authentique.

Service de super qualité, le personnel est vraiment disponible et sympathique (on dirait même qu'il y a davantage de personnels que de clients à l'hotel).

Nous étions dans une Chambre Supérieure Parc d'un peu plus de 30m², très spacieuse et confortable, le lit était super.

Le court de tennis est un vrai plus, même si des balles neuves ne seraient pas de refus. Super facile à réserver car visiblement personne d'autre ne l'utulisait !

La piscine est belle mais un peu froide en Avril car absolument pas chauffée.

L'emplacement est un peu compliqué si on veut rester plusieurs jours tout en profitant de la ville car situé sur un gros axe routier et impossible de faire le chemin à pied même si l'on aime bien la marche : il faut absolument venir en voiture, taxi ou bus. Mais bon pour avoir un domaine pareil j'imagine que c'est ce qui est nécessaire.

Petit-déjeuner un peu limite en termes de choix, même si très calme et très peu de monde. Il était inclus dans notre offre sinon je pense que 22€ par personne c'est un peu élevé pour le choix qu'il y a.

J'ai hésité entre 4 et 5 étoiles mais l'expérience globale me fait en mettre 5.

Très mauvaise expérience de dîner au restaurant quant au service inexistant ; message envoyé au responsable de l'hôtel qui n'a jamais daigné répondre ! Petit déjeuner ne correspondant nullement au standing de l'hôtel.
