Horrible.
I don’t understand how this place has a 4.8 rating. Everything we ordered was MICROWAVED! You can hear the machine reheating the food when you sit inside. We ordered a chicken leg and thigh each had three different sides ( potatoes, rice, and ratatouille) and all of them were dished up from the front bar then taken to the back to be microwaved.
You don’t actually get the rotisserie chicken they display outside. We paid 32.80 including a bottle of water.
The man working there also made rude comments about my partner and I which made our experience extremely uncomfortable. I think k he was trying to be funny but it was not.
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. You can get fresher food from the grocery store.

J’appréciais déjà largement la passion des gérants et la qualité de la cuisine, j’ai pu y goûter aujourd’hui un hamburger maison qui méritait le détour ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse qui mérite qu’on s’y attarde.

Qui dit déplacements, dit souvent restaurants. Fan de Burgers, je me suis offert alors une découverte en ce jour Aixois. Accueillis dans une ambiance chaleureuse, j'ai passé commande et une fois n'est pas coutume le burger au poulet croustillant servi ressemblait à sa photo ! Le test final n'a pas eu lieu, je l'ai dévoré trop vite ! Donc en résumé si vous êtes Fan de Burgers rares, c'est ici qu'ils se cachent !

I really hope we just had a bad day at the Rôtisserie Bellegarde!
The owner was very polite and fun.
But the chicken was just terrible. Not juicy, not tender, not flavorful, not even warm!
I was very sad because from the recent reviews I was really excited to have a great bird coming on the table.
We talked to him and he said we should call him next time in advance for him to prepare a better chicken (crispy skin etc.). That’s how it usually works.
But I think that is not fair to the customer at all who is sitting at your table not knowing this.
Again: Great guy, great side dishes (ratatouille and potatoes), nice restaurant, but a chicken that can’t hold up to this standard ????

Une superbe adresse dont le centre ville manque cruellement. De la simplicité , pas de tape a l'œil, des bons produits et une maîtrise évidente dans l'exécution. Les ribs sont divins. Mes patrons adorables.
