皮埃尔-弗朗索瓦（大家都叫他皮埃尔）-朱热（Pierre-François Giuge）于 13 年前在米拉波大道（Cours Mirabeau）顶端的一条小街上开了这家餐厅。三明治食品，但质量上乘，格调高雅。菜单上有：特制面包、各种配料三明治、汤（如我们今天品尝的豌豆汤）、主菜（多么美味的鸭肉parmentier！）和甜点、自制慕斯或巧克力：一切都是皮埃尔为了我们的享受而精心制作的！是在店里吃还是外卖？您只需做出选择。

Dégusté un plat du jour excellent ( aïoli parfait et copieux) pour un prix très raisonnable. Je vais revenir souvent !

The quality of the food was severely lacking, as it appeared that the ingredients had been purchased from a supermarket rather than sourced fresh. This compromised the taste and overall experience, leading to significant disappointment. Unfortunately, I cannot justify giving more than one star, as the poor quality of the food overshadowed any other positive aspects of the dining experience. Needless to say, we left feeling extremely dissatisfied and unlikely to return.
