Excellente adresse , modernité,fraîcheur, qualité des mets.
Belles créativitées, formules en 5 et/ou 7 services: remarquables.
Côté sommelier idem: découverte par le Chef de meilleurs crus souvent rares.

We ate here on holiday and it was an exceptional meal food-wise. There were so many courses and they were all very good, with a few stand outs. The presentation and flavor was Michelin worthy. We had the bad luck of eating there during a big football match so we were the only customers which was a bit awkward, but it was a delicious meal nonetheless.
