The Château de Théoule is a beautiful beach-side property with exceptionally attentive staff. Everything from their spa, greenery, rooms, pool and restaurants were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean.

The hotel is very nice, by the sea. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast correct, but, one morning with a staple inside granola. You servants at the breakfast were very and polite. Swimming pool without any service at all, during 2 days, towels finished nobody came to replace them. We had a bell by the chair, but was fake...AS boy can in the picture the room was not done at 6.30 pm, even after calling the reception at 3pm|When you pay 1100 euros per day, in a hotel with a private beach it doesn't make any sense to pay 55 euros per person to go to the beach and a beach. This is called scamm. The same for the car park 50 euros a day. |This people don't know how to handle a luxury hotel. Don t go

Personnel de l'accueil très hautain. Nous avions réservé le restaurant gastronomique. 2 semaines avant notre arrivée, les jours de fermetures ont changé et nous n'en avons pas été informé. Le personnel de l'accueil ne s'est même pas excusé et quand nous nous en sommes plaint, aucune aide pour trouver une solution ni d'excuses.
Un jeune homme nous a dit qu'il avait appelé tous les restaurants de Théoules et que tout été complet. Quand nous avons décidé d'aller voir par nous même des restaurants à moitié vide de partout. Un autre nous a dit que c'était le même problème pour d'autres clients et quand nous avons dit que nous aurions aimé être au moins prévenu, le jeune homme nous dit " ah oui ca aurait été mieux"...
Malgré des points positifs, cette mésaventure nous fait regretter notre séjour dans votre établissement.

This hotel was perfection. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with high end finishes, the property was well kept and clean, the gardens were magnificent and made the grounds smell so fragrant. The staff were courteous, prompt and extremely helpful. The spa was very nice and the beach club just below the hotel was very close and made for the perfect day in the sun. We will definitely go back someday!
