The first night that we arrived to the hotel, we noticed that our room did not have AC. We notified the front desk and they immediately responded with an option to switch to another room. Unfortunately, they had disabled AC on the original side of the hotel that we stayed at. However, the next morning my husband asked about switching rooms and we were immediately provided an upgrade to the newer part of the hotel. They took care of transferring all of our luggages and ensured that the process was as smooth as possible. The new room was a major upgrade. Everything in the room was high quality.
Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay very much and would 100% recommend this hotel. It’s close enough to downtown Nice (about 20 mins. with car) but far enough to getaway from the busyness of the city and not have to mess with finding a parking spot.

De super jolies chambres avec de superbes salles de bain avec des bons produits de soins à l’intérieur Fragonard la plupart du temps…
si c’est votre anniversaire, ils apportent toujours une petite surprise à votre arrivée!
Et puis, le spa, franchement superbe..Rien à dire..
Seulement Les restaurants est bon, mais pas non plus exceptionnel..
Enfin bon, malgré ça, je recommande à 1000 %
Le domaine se situe au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante.
J’ai passé un merveilleux Anniversaire avec ma fille.
Je recommande vivement.
Je retournerai sûrement !
