Dette yoga retreat er fantastisk og jeg vil på det varmeste anbefale det. Søger du et yoga retreat udover det sædvanlige er dette stedet. Det gælder både lokation, sammensætning af retreat, maden lavet med kærlighed og menneskene som står bag. God tur.

The Frogs House is the most wonderful place ???? for many reasons;
* the retreat is run by the loveliest, warmest people.
* the yoga and meditation were wonderfully restorative.
* the CBT (new to me) was extremely insightful.
* the food was just amazing; healthy and totally to die for ☺️
* St Jeannet was a little village perché with the biggest heart; we felt very welcomed.

The Frogs House exceeded all of my expectations. It is situated in a charming French village and everything about the retreat is authentic. Benoît takes pride in introducing his retreatants to the local walks, food and culture and guides the spiritual aspect of the retreat in a warm, down-to-earth yet powerful way. The food is wonderful and it is very well-organised while still having a relaxed feeling. I will be back. Five stars without hesitation.

We had not only a Yoga retreat in this beautiful and warmhearted house, but also a mindful cooking-session together, a marvellous hike to a river (we jumperd in) with a delicious picknick and a Private sightseeing Tour (inklusiv a drink in a hidden Absinthbar) with Benoit.
He is a wonderful yoga teacher, also his kolleagues.
All the food was regional and fresh homemade. Superb!!!
