I’m glad this survey was sent as we didn’t get a chance to say how much we enjoyed our stay… most important really was how great ALL of the staff were… every single one… from front desk to house staff/ breakfast and maintenance they were all warm/ helpful and authentic…. The view and location also lovely… I had come from staying in insanely expensive and over the top 5 star hotels in Italy where the service was slow / rude and insincere so was really bracing for another experience like this… but it was the opposite … would definitely come again. I didn’t love bathroom or decor , but honestly who cares, that’s just personal preference, and it doesn’t matter when rooms have great views and great staff.. whoever manages this hotel does an amazing job!!! Would definitely come again

We only stayed one night at the end of a villa holiday nearby but we will come back for more. The hotel itself is really charming - we had one of the top floor 'boat-style' rooms with its own balcony which we really liked. The thing that made the real difference, though was the staff. The team here could not do enough for us, from car parking to luggage storage and delivery. Friendly and very helpful.

View from the balcony was magnificent. Staff very friendly and helpful
