服務態度極差 前台翻白眼說客人壞話 門口很多階台階沒有工作人員來拿行李 工作人員眼巴巴看着客人把行李抬上去走到他們前台????

서비스 태도가 매우 열악합니다. 프론트 데스크가 눈을 굴리며 손님에 대해 나쁜 말을합니다. 문 앞에 계단이 많고 짐을 픽업하는 직원이 없습니다.

The service attitude is extremely poor. The front desk rolls their eyes and says bad things about the guests. There are many steps at the door and there is no staff to pick up the luggage.

A bad hotel located in a good position.
There are long steps in front of reception, the concierge never helps you with carrying luggages. The rooms are extremely small even you cannot open two suitcases in the room. My room is at the end of corridor which has little sea view totally different from the sample pics on the hotel official website. When depositing luggage, the concierge will complain it is too heavy. Very bad experience and will not come the next time!

We sincerely regret that the size of the rooms did not meet your expectations and that the view was not what you had anticipated from our website. Your comments have prompted us to review our communication and ensure that the information we provide to guests is as accurate as possible.

Regarding baggage assistance, we understand that there has been a misunderstanding. We would like to clarify that we do not have a dedicated concierge or porter, but our receptionists are always willing to help our guests with their luggage whenever possible. We apologise if this was not clear or if there were times when assistance was not as available as desired.
