Charmant hotel, zeer rustig gelegen en toch centraal. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. De uitbaters staan dag en nacht ter beschikking. Heel mooie ruime kamer/badkamer. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een echte aanrader! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

The property does not have an elevator but they were so helpful in carrying our overweight bags up the two flights of stairs. The host greeted us and showed us a map and gave us a ton of great tips. He genuinely wanted us to have a great time and hosted us like we were his personal guests. They provide delicious croissants everyday! The location was easy to access the beach and get around the town.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The hotel manager was so welcoming and accommodating. He helped us find a great beach club and made some great recommendations. Loved the hotel!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns morgens sehr über die Croissants gefreut. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Strand ist sehr dicht am Hotel, sowie ein großer Supermarkt. Man sollte beachten, dass es ein altes Gebäude ist und es hellhörig ist. Das hat uns jedoch nicht gehört. Alles war sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage ist super. Vielen Dank!

Overrated and overpriced. Doing a road trip around Europe and this is the worst experience we've had. The hotel feels neglected. The lights flicker, the shower is tiny and splashy. The WiFi cuts off every 15 minutes. The bathroom is very humid and there are black bits on the shower walls. This makes the towel policy hard to understand. They only change towels every 3 days. Our stay was 3 days so we had to use the same towels for 3 days and they wouldn't dry properly. Contrary to what's been written I don't feel the hotel is well located. It's a good 20 minutes to the old town. I'm baffled by the good reviews. Maybe because we checked in late we were given the worst room. However I booked the hotel 7 months in advance and that should have counted for something. There's no lift so travel as light as you can. The best parking is in Palais Massena.

I absolutely love this place. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are super clean and modern with a beautiful classic French charm. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way to welcome me and make me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, the location is fabulous. Easy to walk everywhere.

Given the great reviews, I was a bit disappointed. Had booked and paid for a “superior single room”, but judging by the pictures - it seems like I was downgraded to a standard single room. Claustrophobic with the shower directly in the room and a separate WC (that smelled like pee ????). Great location with shops and restaurants close by, as well as public transport.

단점부터 먼저
1. 청소 직원이 일을 그닥 열심히 안 하는 듯... 첫날에 차끓여먹으려다 커피포트 안에 무언가를 보고 좀 당황함(사진참고)
2. 방음 안됨 복도랑 옆방 소리 다 들림
3. 뜨거운물이 종종 안나옴ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 샤워하다 찬물만 나와서 식겁했음 감기안걸려서 다행
4. 드라이기 안됨
5. 와이파이가 2층하나 3층하나인 거 같은데 3층 와이파이가 안되서 2층걸로 잡음 그마저도 1시간에 1번꼴로 끊김
솔직히 3성급호텔 맞나 싶을 정도로 구린 부분이 많았지만 그럼에도 불구하고 3점을 준 이유
1. 직원들이 친절함... 체크인할 때도 친절했고 청소하는 분도 인사하고 문잡아주고 하시더라구요 일은 안 하는데 친절은 하신 듯....
2. 위치가 깡패임 근처에 U express 랑 까르푸 있고 트램이랑 버스 역도 가깝고 바다도 걸어서 3분컷
3. 아침에 주는 크로와상이 맛있음
4. 냉장고 있음
5. 비수기에 가서 시티택스 포함 1박에 8만원대에 머무름 지금 유로 환율이 미쳐서 그렇지 정상 환율이었으면 8만원도 안 되는 가격에 머물렀을 듯? 솔직히 이게 제일 컸다 1박에 10 넘는데 이런저런 하자 있으면 개빡쳤었겠지만 싼값에 예약한 곳이라 그럭저럭 만족함 반대로 말하자면 성수기에 10만원대 20만원대 주고 갈 곳은 아니라는 뜻ㅎㅎㅎ

Camere molto spaziose, bagno ampio e con 2 lavabi. Posizione ottima e pulizia perfetta. Molto gradito il croissant caldo al mattino come attenzione aggiuntiva al cliente!!! Bravi

Comfortable stay in a French apartment. The best experience of my stay here was engaging with the staff. They are always available to assist, staff is present in the front office round the clock, and very courteous. Location is great as it is just few steps from the Promenade, and about a 10-minute walk to Avenue Jean Medecin, Place Massena and the old town.

Les chambres sont propres et bien décorées, le personnel est sympathique, la douche est vraiment petite, prévoir deux serviettes de plus pour les mains et les cheveux, et deux verres de plus car un seul pour les dents quand on est deux… bon on est pas obligé de tout partager ????idem pour boire

Cet hôtel est un petit bijou, un accueil formidable, un propriétaire chaleureux et très professionnel.
Les chambres sont magnifiques très propres et le petit croissant du matin est une attention tellement agréable, j’ai passé un très bon séjour, je le recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Superbe petit hôtel à 2 pas de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, la suite junior était confortable. nous avons apprécié les croissants le matin et la machine a café / thé

This boutique hotel is unique and wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Nice. It is in a perfect central location with easy reach of all that Nice has to offer. The simple but beautifully appointed rooms. But the one thing that for me sets it above other hotels is the amazing staff who hosts you. All of them are so friendly and enthusiastic at ensuring you’ll get the most of your stay. They take time to explain all that Nice has offer, including recommendations for restaurants and making reservations for you. I will always stay here when I visit Nice. I thoroughly recommend The Arome Hotel Thank you to Barbara and Fabio for looking after us.

This is our last night in Nice and we’ve had a lovely stay at the Arome. We love the location, 2 blocks from the beach, and the rooms are beautiful. What we like the most though is how friendly and helpful the staff is. Fabio was so helpful and his restaurant recommendations were brilliant. Breakfast in our room was nice - I hate walking around to find places to eat. Nice fresh croissants were on the doorknob and the coffee machines in the room worked well. We will definitely return.

La chambre no 10 petite et sombre donnait sur une cour infame et le balconnet était poussiéreux. La présence de nombreux climatiseurs empêchait d'ouvrir les fenêtres.
Pas de lumière dans les toilettes malgré une relance.
Personnel peu impliqué et souvent absent.
J'ai envoyé un Mel avec ces remarques, l'hôtel n'a pas pris la peine de répondre.
