Stayed in Nice for a couple of nights, and it was amazing. Staff was really friendly and would absolutely come back if I found myself in Nice. The rooms are cozy and they have the essentials!! Really happy with my decision

Za svaku preporuku! Mi smo, nažalost, samo noćili jer smo bili u prolazu. Dobrodošlicu i svu "toplinu" hotela osetite čim udjete. Vlada prava domaćinska, prisna atmosfera. Smeštajem smo bili izuzetno zadovoljni ali još više ljubaznim i predusretljivim osobljem. Doručak je za 10+! Nica je magičan grad u svako doba godine i prvom prilikom ćemo ići da je obidjemo onako kako dolikuje, a ne samo da protrčavamo kroz nju, kao do sad. Naravno, sa velikim zadovoljstvom ćemo ponovo odsesti u ovom divnom hotelu. Zahvaljujemo se svom osoblju na toplom dočeku i prijatnom boravku ????

The hotel is located in a good central location and the double room was nice although very small and with a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, however I have to give this hotel one star for the treatment I received.
In short, a very annoying vibration noise was constantly heard in the room, at regular intervals of one minute, which made it difficult to fall asleep. I asked the front desk in the morning if it was possible to check the cause of this vibration and fix it. The guy who was at the front desk at that time very kindly replied that he would check it out. In the evening, since the vibration sound continued insistently, I returned to the reception to ask if they had understood the origin of the noise. The lady at the reception (blonde, with bob hair and glasses) laughed in my face telling me that she couldn't solve the problem in any way and that the hotel was completely full. I would like to point out that I had not asked for a room change, but simply if the reason for the noise was understood and it was possible to resolve it. In any case, the receptionist continued to respond in an arrogant and haughty manner, going so far as to say that it was not her problem and that she was not the owner of the hotel, and as an employee she was not interested in resolving the issue.
In the end, I returned to the room without having solved the problem and with a bad taste in my mouth. As proof of her bad faith, there is also the fact that she did not want to release her name in any way.
Ultimately, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because if you have any problem you will receive a very awful and rude treatment.

Hotel ricavato un palazzo antico pulito e ordinato. A 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Nizza. Vicino al Negresco ed a 300 mt. Dalla promenade Desanglais

Very nice for our one night stay in Nice. The room had everything we needed. The staff is nice. It is convenient that there is a bathroom and cozy waiting room at the hotel as well.

Tres bonne localisation. Ca pourrait être génial avec un peu d’investissement. La salle de bain est réellement mal conçue: inondation garantie. Tout est a minima: produit de salle bain, bouilloire a the uktracheap.

Bel hôtel, charmant par son architecture d'époque. Chambre petite mais confortable. Déjeuner sur place ($ en sus). Très bien situé à quelques minutes de marche de la promenade des anglais.

L'équipe de l'hôtel nous a fait le plaisir de nos accueillir pour notre mariage. Tout a été parfait. De l'organisation du vin d'honneur, à la décoration soignée de la chambre des mariés, en passant par les petites attentions (roses dans la chambre, petits cadeaux) et surtout l'ambiance "comme à la maison" où notre famille a pu jouer du piano dans le petit salon. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable avec un choix très varié. C'est avec une immense joie que nous y reviendrons. Merci de Céline et Fabrice.

We've stayed for one night with my dauther and friends. We've got 2 double beds, which was perfect for 4 of us (two mums and two girls). It was centrally located, only 5 mins walk to the beach and not far from the old town. I would definately go back there as its good value for money.

Very cute, centrally located hotel that is minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Our room had red wallpaper, which is a very strong colour to sleep in, too intense. The woman working at the desk when we arrived was not very welcoming. We could hear almost everything being said and done from our neighbor room. Awful smell in our room. We heard later that this was due to some work in the street, but no info about this beforehand.
Nice breakfast and the lady working there was very welcoming and nice.

Nizza auf der Durchreise, ein Kurzbesuch. Herzliche Aufnahme, praktischerweise deutschsprachig, Gutes Frühstück.
Charmanter Altbau. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. (2 Eltern und 2 erwachsene Kinder)

Very comfortable, good location and staff helpful. We paid for a semi basement room so was not expensive but it was small...we were happy with being out touring most of the time.

Everything was great! I would stay here and again and recommend it to friends and family

Beautiful hotel in a great location, a few minutes walk from the Mediterranean and historic Old Town. Attentive, friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Pros: Good location! Pretty room, love the individual style far from impersonal chain hotels. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Like having a kettle in the room.

Cons: VERY thin walls (heard neighbours' every move/conversation).
No possibility to charge phone near the bed (no wall socket anywhere near the bed which is inconvenient).
No shelf in the bathroom.
