A fantastic place to stay in Nice. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, the pool has a fun vibe with great music, and the rooms are very spacious. They have nice little finishing touches like macaroons as a welcome treat. Spa is included in your stay. The location is great and makes it very easy to walk around Nice. Highly recommend for your stay here!

We’ve been sitting in the lobby for 1 hour waiting for the hotel to address a problem with our initial room. The room we were offered had NO privacy unless we lowered an external metal shutter that would leave the room in total darkness. We were told that housekeeping would double up and have the new room cleaned in 20 minutes. It took over one hour. A complimentary drink was finally offered after the one hour of waiting. The service is not in keeping with the standards of a 5 star. It is severely lacking. This experience feels like The Emperor’s New Clothes.

This hotel was beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff were really friendly and attentive in the main hotel area, in the restaurants, and at the rooftop pool area. The location is super convenient to walk to the old part of Nice close to the beach.

We stayed here for 8 days. We were suppose to only stay for 6 and go somewhere else but we found it so easy to get everywhere from this location we stayed for the duration of the trip. Room was a great size, bed comfortable, impeccably clean. The gym isn’t huge but everything you need, the spa was actually pretty nice. The rooftop pool was ok but it’s a great spot for a beverage and cool view. Location is great. Just a couple blocks from the craziness so it’s quiet and a nice short walk to cafes and the sea. Right by great shopping and blocks away from old city. Staff were overly accommodating and super helpful. We would stay here again

Deception lors du brunch! Trois box brunch. Massage. SPA. Un café et un croissant à notre arrivée à 8h30, pour pouvoir profiter de notre massage de 9h, puis retour au brunch à 10h pour enfin profiter de déjeuner tranquillement avant le SPA. La dame de l’accueil s’avance à notre table, nous interpellant, plutôt gênant devant d’autres personnes, pour nous dire que nous étions déjà venus et que nous ne pouvons pas de nouveau nous attabler ! Brunch de 7h à 11h ?!
Dommage car le SPA et les trois masseuses sont exceptionnelles ! C’est la troisième fois que je prends cette formule mais vraiment, déçue de cette remarque désagréable, surtout que nous mangeons peu !!! Bref! No comment.

Excellent stay. We were a group of 6 friends. |Service was excellent from the moment we arrived, all of the staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. |Breakfast was great - nice choice from the buffet or you could request cooked options. |Rooms were good - we had different rooms sizes between us but they were all good.|Location was great, minutes to walk to restaurants, shops & sights. |Roof pool small - but bigger than other roof pools I’ve seen and service from staff up there was great.

We had a lovely experience here from start to finish. The hotel were happy to accommodate our room requests. The room itself was as expected, clean and nicely presented, but we were pleasantly surprised by the turndown service every night! Staff were helpful and friendly. The spa is lovely, as is the rooftop bar. The hotel's restaurant and bar are very expensive, but that's to be expected. I would happily stay here again.

Staff was AWESOME! Lobby, roof, outside all looked and were beautiful. The room was tired, looked rather worn out and had no place to unpack for the deluxe terrace room we booked. The Reception, Concierge, Valet, Bellmen were all very very helpful prior to our stay and during it. The location was great and we are glad we stayed there.

Beautiful building but the superior room was smaller than expected and there is no privacy for the toilet or shower. You are using the toilet in full sound/view of anyone else in the room. Reception and staff were very kind but gave incorrect directions to a train station and could not recommend a restaurant within walking distance. The service at the rooftop pool was awful.. 30 minutes to get a drink with no other guests. I would not recommend this place for a luxury vacation.

Stayed two nights prior to getting on a cruise ship. Its a lovely hotel and the decor is spectacular and and somewhat unusual. Rooftop bar has a lovely view, lobby is picture-worthy, restaurant had really great food and morning breakfast was very nice. Service was impeccable--especially given that the cruise people had forgotten my luggage in the transfer and a wonderful hotel staff member (Sulliman?) called me on my cell hours later (and luckily before the ship had sailed) to notify me that my luggage was still at the hotel and was under his safe-keeping. Nowadays it's refreshing to have employees take ownership (and not ignore) problems that could end in disaster for travelers--and i GREATLY appreciate that effort.

Questa è stata per noi la seconda volta presso questa struttura fantastica a Nizza. Comincio con il dire che la struttura è il top per servizi, cortesia, attività, cibo e soprattutto disponibilità del personale in ogni istante. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Michela Boscolo, il manager della struttura un incontro piacevole con una donna che racchiude cortesia, professionalità, e soprattutto disponibilità nel risolvere qualsiasi problema. Tutto lo staff è veramente eccezionale una nota speciale per la piscina all’ultimo piano che vanta una vista mozzafiato. È disponibile anche una spa molto efficiente ed elegante. Torneremo presto al Boscolo per farci coccolare come sempre.

Super rooftop, belle vue et service très agréable. J'ai mangé les rigatoni à la sauce tomate, c'était un délice. Qui eut cru qu'un plat aussi simple puisse être aussi riche en saveurs.
Note pour ceux qui voudraient profiter de la piscine : elle est réservée au clients de l'hôtel.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful city. What put it over the top for me was Mohamed in the bar/dining room when he saved the day by opening up the dining room for us to sit to wait for our rooms. It was pouring rain and about 30 couples had arrived from a cruise ship at 9:30 in the morning. The lobby overflowed and there was no where to sit. Mohamed responded quickly and creatively by opening up the adjacent dining room for all us lost souls. Maybe a simple solution, but no one else thought of it. Merci Mohamed!

Nous avons passé notre dernière soirée sur la côte d'azur sur le rooftop de Boscolo dans le cadre de mon EVJF. L'endroit est incroyable, le personnel aux petits soins, les plats et les boissons au top. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, tout était parfait, je ne peux que recommander. Une perle sur le carnet d'adresses niçoises. Merci encore à toute l'équipe !

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast. Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.

I sensed something was wrong when I never got a booking confirmation after booking on the hotel website. So I emailed them to check and got no reply. I also sent 2 Whatsapp messages and again no reply. When I arrived at the hotel to check in they could not find my booking so they rebooked me there and then and it was 100euro more than what I had been quoted 3 days before and with no breakfast whereas the previous rate. We were tired after our flight and just said yes. ||The hotel overall is shabby and the roof top pool deck very sad with dead palms, peeling paint and a general sense of tackiness.||I will not be eating here and can not report on the breakfast as we are not getting any.

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour, très contente par la décoration de la chambre avec le champagne, le chocolat et les macarons. Le lit est très confortable et le petit déjeuner est très copieux, il y a beaucoup de choix.
Service voiturier et accueil à la réception très aimable et très serviable.
Cependant nous aurions aimer avoir accès au sauna, hammam et nous aurions apprécier une autre vu que celle de l'échafaudage suite aux rénovations de votre façade.

J’ai choisit de prendre cet hôtel pour le mariage de mon ami et j’ai été très agréablement surpris.
Emmanuel et Younes deux amours se la réception en plus de toute l’équipe chaleureuse, convivial et efficace.

Excellent séjour grâce aux équipes très attentionnés, très bienveillantes, à nos petits soins en permanence, les chambres sont magnifiques, le restaurant très bon, le SPA très sympa, je recommande fortement pour un séjour à Nice !!!!

Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which is a pretty basic amenity these days and made it difficult to plan activities or stay connected. Secondly, and more disruptingly, the toilet was blocked and couldn't flush. This was a significant inconvenience and really impacted the comfort of my stay.
While the location is a huge plus, the lack of in-room Wi-Fi and the non-functional toilet were considerable drawbacks.We spoke to the front desk and they weren’t help about our situation.Room 104 had no internet it was so slow
