Parfait pour l emplacement ,shopping à quelques pas. Le parking est sous l hotel .
L accueil très bien.les chambres sont propres on vois qu ils ont essayer de renover mais bon.... Piscine intérieur à réserver car pas plus de 6 personnes elle est chauffée oui mais tout dépends de la personne perso je l ai trouver froide .enfin le petit déjeuner le jus de pommes avais le goût de l eau ...voilà en clair si vous venez pour le shopping il fera le job.

-Non function air con

-Dirty sheets

-Dirty under the beds and in the corner

-Roses all over the rom from previous

-Door locked in open position after cleaning.

-Damage table

-Fridge is dirty yellow

-Water damaged door to the bathroom

-Sink plugged

-Empty shampoo bottle.

-Smells moist and fungi in the hallway

-Fire escape stairway with blinking to no functional lights.

-Smoke alarm missing from the room

-Unsecure wires in the hallway

-Water dripping from the roof in the lobby

-Pool closed the second day without warning even I booked it the evening before.

-And construction noice.

I have been on 4star hotels before, if this is 4stars then I have been on 7stars

Expérience exclusivement téléphonique et messagerie car l'hotel n'a jamais voulu accepter notre wonderbox! Après 2 appels où il fallait attendre le "responsable wonderbox" pour une simple réservation, je n'ai jamais réussi à lui parler, j'ai dû attendre pour avoir une réponse par mail. On m'explique qu'i l faut ajouter 100euros par nuit en plus de ma wonderbox à 450 euros!! Le problème, c'est que je respectais bien les conditions à respecter " hors juillet, aout et pont de mai". Si on ne veut pas de client "wonderbox"....on ne s'inscrit pas sur wonderbox!!!
