Unfortunately found leftover food in fridge and went to complain about it. At first, they told me there is nothing they can do since the room cleaner shift is over and I can just throw the leftover to the bin for the moment, I wasn’t satisfy with it due to hygiene problem and the smell, it was the second attempt of negotiation they agreed to provide another room.
I might be greedy but i was expected there could be some extra services for what happened and from a 4 stars hotel, but unfortunately nothing :/

4 Star Hotel, good value for money, good staff, good location. Little dated but I was very happy as it was clean and polite staff!
