The room we were given initially was not up to standard (room 623) when we complained to the manager he claimed we had been upgraded which was incorrect. We moved to room 614 which was much better, however the pods for the coffee machine were not replaced during our 4 day stay, we ended up buying a jar of coffee.

Hotel très bien situé dans le centre de Nice. Accueil et réception en journée très agréable. Petit-dejeuner très bruyant et non-organisé , grand contraste avec l’acceuil/réception. Les personnes travaillant le soir en réception sont correcties désormais moins professionel que ceux en journée ce qui nous donne encore une fois un contraste parmi la journée. La chambre très bien , au top ainsi que la propreté dans celle-ci.

The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the SPA service. The swimming pool room was old-looking, it clearly lacks some maintenance.
