Bien situé
Très bon accueil. L'hôtel est situé au centre ville. Hôtel de charme. Les chambres sont lumineuses.

The location was great but was disappointed you had to pay a extra 19 euros a night for the pool which was average, staff were friendly and helpful though also I was never told until I checked my bank that you had taken a extra £50 out for pre authorisation we checked out at 12 and the funds weren’t realised until 2 o’clock I feel you should make your guests aware of this

Votre hôtel valait à peine un 3 étoiles. L'hôtel ne mérite pas/plus sa catégorie actuelle. Et je trouve incroyable que cet écran refuse de valider un commentaire sous prétexte qu'il n'est pas assez long. Vous vous attendez à quoi ? A un roman ?
