Nous avons juste manger avec une smart box pour deux un soir dans le patio et c’était super ! On a très bien mangé, peu de plat à la carte avec des produits du marché c’est top, le service était super on a été très bien accueilli. Les plats sont recherché et de qualité, l’endroit est magnifique et très intimiste, je recommande.

We stayed in two rooms. Not all of the outlets were working. The breakfast service was poorly run with limited seating and runny eggs. The worst part is that when we checked out, they tried charging us for extra breakfasts that we didn't take and 2 bottled waters and coffee in our rooms that we did not drink. They didn't offer an apology for the extra items, but at least they removed the charges when we questioned them. It just seemed like they were trying to rip us off by adding random stuff. If you do stay there, be sure to go over the final bill carefully.

Decent hotel in a great location!
I would rate a 3 star, it was perfect for us a group of 4 friends to use as a base. The rooms were ok and provided everything we needed. Pretty basic but we were just there to sleep. Did not use the pool or have any food at the hotel but the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and the location was great. Easy to walk to the Promenade within 8-10 minutes and the train station in 10-12. Nice area, felt safe at all times. Many bars, restaurants, shops, bakeries and everything you need on the doorstep. Good value for the location.

Wonderful home base for exploring the Riviera! Extremely helpful front desk staff. Love the breakfast area atmosphere.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Egal ob Strand, Bahnhof oder Altstadt. Ausstattung in Ordnung und sauber. Steckdosen im Zimmer passend auch für deutsche Flachstecker. Poolhandtücher gabs an der Rezeption oder beim Zimmerservice. Frühstück französisch entsprechend, aber alles was man braucht. Gute Infos bekommt man auch von der Rezeption. Der Fahrstuhl ist speziell… wir sind 1x stecken geblieben. Wurden keine 3 Minuten später befreit.
Würde in der Kategorie das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

A very special hotel in Nice, rooms are impeccable albeit apparently each one with a different style and decorated decades ago. Of course all amenities (beds, tv, bathrooms) are modern. Our room had a Greek inspired painted wall and we loved it. The garden is wonderful and literally magical. There is a small pool and many places where to relax and dream. On the 5th floor there is a gym. Sauna/hamman come with a fee. We didn't have breakfast but saw it is a small buffet style with everything one needs (18 euros)|There is a beautiful bar and a restaurant in the evening.|There are stairs (about 8/9 steps) to get in the hotel, so I dont think it is suitable for people with significant mobility issues. |There is a small parking available for 18 euros a day (to be reserved ahead of your stay)|Finally , the staff is very kind and helpful and we were welcomed with a smile from inception till the next day.|Location is fabulous, 5 minutes from the sea (access to a private beach with a fee) and literally in the heart of Nice. You don't need a car if you are only staying in Nice and not visiting the area before leaving for another place.|In conclusion: if you expect a modern sleek hotel, this is NOT for you.|If you want a place with touches made by artists, filled with history, modern comfort ,a special feel and a utterly charming place, then you have knocked at the right door.|

I highly recommended this hotel with it's "secret" garden and arty feel. A short walk to the promenade and tourist part of Nice and with plenty of independent restaurants in the streets nearby. The staff are helpful and professional. If you are lucky enough to visit in the warmer months, the outdoor restaurant is lovely, the food good and the prices appropriate. Breakfast, if booked ad-hoc is something of a bargain. Continental was 12 euro each (an express breakfast only 7) which is much better value tan buying it locally let alone on the Rue Massena where a coffee can cost 6 euros or more.

L’emplacement est idéal (à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare environ)
La piscine est un vrai + ainsi que le jardin sont vraiment agréables.

Hôtel bien situé , calme , chambre confortable , bonne déco , personnel aimable et pro , et un excellent restaurant ( bonne cuisine , bon service , on dîne au calme , d'un menu varié , au tarif raisonnable , dans un jardin "jungle" luxuriant !!!... )

Mon mari et moi avons passé un très beau week-end à l’hôtel Windsor. En premier lieu, je voudrais remercier le personnel pour son accueil chaleureux. Ils étaient aux petits soins pour nous. Deuxième très bon point, la literie ! Et troisième très bel atout de l’hôtel : un extérieur paradisiaque avec un jardin magnifique et un coin piscine particulièrement relaxant.|Et enfin, l’hôtel est bien situé, dans un quartier calme mais proche de la Promenade des Anglais et du vieux Nice.

Fabulous location. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to be obliging. The food and service were very good. The pool and outdoor eating area are worth a booking on their own. We shall definitely book here again. Fantastic service ???? ????

이번 여름 프랑스에서 방문했던 3개의 숙소 중에서 에어컨이 가장 잘 나오고 냉장고 성능이 가장 좋아서 더운여름 편하게 지내고 왔어요~~ 정원에서의 조식은 니스에서만 느낄 수 있는 특별한 경험이었어요. 체크인 할 때 선물로 주신 에코백은 잠깐 해변 나갈 때, 마트 장볼 때 아주 유용했어요~~ 해변도 가깝고 가까운 곳에 마트도 있어서 편리한 위치예요~~

Un séjours court mais agréable, nous avons profiter du sauna et d'un message des plus agréable, le jardin ombrage à un vrai cachet qui nous a fait oublié que nous étions à Nice

Although charming, the hotel is in need of some renovation. To enter, you already have to lug your suitcase up 7 steps and push open a massive double door. At the front desk, most staff are friendly and particularly Jeroen from the Netherlands deserves a big compliment. We asked and were given a quiet room, called L'Oiseau de Feu. A small lift (just big enough for 2 slim people, 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage) took us to the 4th floor. Although not to be called small, the room was oddly arranged. There was a baggage bench on which the hand luggage just fitted; the large suitcase had to be placed on the floor. To the left of the twin beds was the television on the fridge. You had to turn the screen briskly (and hope the TV wouldn't fall on the floor) to see anything. Furthermore, there were only French channels, whereas you could at least expect BBC News (for your information: we are Flemish-speaking Belgians who know French). The bathroom was incredibly small and impractical: if you sat on the toilet, your knees almost touched the wall.There was only ceiling lighting and a make up mirror was missing. Using the shower also required some degree of dexterity. Both the bedroom and bathroom were tidy, though. Having breakfast on a terrace in the garden is always delightful. Yet here, too, there are some points of concern: the wicker club chairs are low and not comfortable to have breakfast in. Here and there, the reeds have come loose and prick your skin. The breakfast provided has no variety: every day the same type of pastries, bread, toppings. In terms of fruit - besides melon - you can get an ordinary apple, orange or green kiwi, whereas in southern France you might expect a peach, cherry or strawberry. To finish, I would like to mention the unfresh toilets for guests on the ground floor: in the men's toilet, there was no toilet paper and soap available; in the restroom for the disabled, there were strings of toilet paper on the floor. We have noticed this on 2 different nights and I find this not acceptable. Consequently, I am rather disappointed with The Windsor Jungle Art Hotel.

A home from home in Nice. This time we stayed in ‘Venice’ a large room with a balcony and view of the garden and pool.|The breakfast is very good and varied but needs to be monitored better as guests had to ask for coffee / eggs to be replenished. |Thanks and appreciation to the friendly helpful staff.||I still miss the rocket soundtrack in the lift though…

What a great hotel, perfect location and the staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. Food was very good and the evening dinner options were superb very “Gucci”||Rooms were big enough and very comfortable ||Would definitely stay here again, was within walking distance of everything you could want or need.

What a charming hotel! The location is fantastic - near everything, but a bit off the beaten path to allow for a quiet, restful stay. The jungle courtyard is lush and lovely. The room was large! I appreciated the eclectic art throughout the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay all around.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Windsor Jungle lors du Grand Prix de Formule 1 de Monaco, et nous avons été ravis de notre expérience. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux à la réception, avec un verre offert — une attention très appréciée et vraiment sympathique !

Le personnel est très gentil, à l'écoute et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, calme et confortable, parfaite pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie.

Le parking privé est un vrai plus : sécurisé et pratique, surtout pendant un événement aussi important que le Grand Prix.

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour dans la région !

Hotel surclassé. Il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Très bon emplacement, un joli patio. Pour le reste rien ne mérite les 4 étoiles
Attention pas de borne électrique juste un prise en 220V. J'ai vraiment été déçu de l'ensemble. Séjour de 3 nuits. Je ne recommande pas pour un 4 mais un juste un petit 3 étoiles. Ah et en plus ascenseur en panne tout le séjour.

more a 3*- rooms not v clean, brown carpet stained, toilet seat broken, light bulbs not replaced, tiny lift & not working on some days, lots of steps upon arrival so difficult to carry cases in.|The garden was v over grown & dark & uninviting, pool cold & v small none of these were used as in v shaded areas.|Even reception was dark & untidy!|Hotel in a good area however this|hotel was v expensive & over rated.

It is a nice enough hotel for a 3 star hotel. Absolutely not worthy of 4 stars.
The hotel desperately needs a thorough renovation. The ambiance is nice, they try to create an artsy- art deco kind of vibe, which I like, however everything is very old and poorly maintained.
In a 4 star hotel I expect some level of service but no one even showed us where the elevator was or helped getting our luggage up to the room. The room was so old- there was an old shower curtain, very old fashion and uncomfortable, 2 lights didn’t work (they did repair it when we told them about it) which tells me also that housekeeping does not pay attention. Again, not the level of a 4 star hotel.
The price of the room was therefore excessive. Should have been ⅓ of the price for what you receive.
The location is great. The garden is nice. Beds are good.
If they do a complete renovation then it’ll be a wonderful hotel with a nice ambiance.

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker, Abendessen ebenso. Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und von der Innenstadt entfernt, ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Schöner Garten mit Pool, im Sommer sicher noch schöner.
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
