Прекрасный отель в Нице, останавливались два раза и все в нем замечательно, чистые, свежие номера , идеальная локация , до моря 10 мин пешком , очень красивый сад , где подают завтраки , дружелюбный персонал. Хотелось бы немного разнообразить завтрак. Однозначно рекомендую !

Had a very nice 4 night stay at the Victoria Hotel|Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the promenade and many shops and restaurants, but set in a quieter leafy area, which was welcomed |Hotel was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay |Small but very nice continental style breakfast each morning, sitting outside in the lovely garden area |Staff were friendly and helpful||Would definitely recommend, and will hopefully return myself soon ||Tip - make sure to enquire about the private beach area and access to local restaurants. This is a new feature at the hotel, but we unfortunately didn’t find out until we returned home and saw it on their website !

All great, easy to walk everywhere.

There was a mix-up about the room requested, which didn't make a great start to our stay. However, it turns out that this was not the hotel's fault. It was that of the agent of our agent, but the effect on us, the customers, remained. The garden was great. The staff were generally very good .The situation is fine for the town, station, sea-front etc.|Breakfast was pretty good. The room was small, but comfortable, with adequate storage and the shower/hot water worked well. Bottled water was replaced daily. I would offer a constructive suggestion that a rail might be fixed down one side of the steps into the garden for people with mobility issues. We witnessed a few people struggling to get down the stairs.

The hotel is a gem, clean rooms, very nice bathroom. Staff at the front desk are so accommodating, always a smile. Great location, would definitely stay here again.|Thank you for a wonderful stay

Adequate room size and bathroom for European hotels. Located in a lovely residential part of the city. Beautiful backyard with tables and seating for breakfast or relaxation. Breakfast was well organized with a variety of items. Close to trains and other transportation and within walking distance to the water. Air conditioned rooms. Motion detector outside the bathroom in the foyer can be annoying at night. Staff reserved but pleasant. FYI some garden facing rooms have trees or bushes that obstruct garden views. Several of my friends were sensitive to sounds from the room above at night which affected sleep quality, but otherwise an enjoyable stay. Appreciated two free waters each day and daily housekeeping services.

My daughters and I stayed here while in Nice. They upgraded us to a garden view room on arrival - a nice surprise. The room was spacious for 3 people and we had a lovely balcony with a few chairs where we could see the garden. The bathroom was really large for European hotels, and it was nice that it was in a hallway, separate from the sleeping area. The rooms have air conditioning, which is a big plus for the summer. The breakfast was reasonably priced with a big selection of items, and we ate in the garden every morning (there is an inside option). The front desk staff were very nice and helpful with questions. The location is great - less than 10 minute walk from Nice-Ville train station and the tram line to the airport. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Despite all that, the part of the road it sits on is quiet. Would recommend staying here!

Während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts in Coburg haben wir uns in der Villa Victoria sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon.|Das Frühstück war gut, die Räumlichkeiten wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich behandelt.|Die Lage direkt an der Stadtmauer von Coburg, ist ideal, um die Altstadt zu entdecken. Von Coburg aus kann man leicht viele Ausflugsziele erreichen. |Dieses Hotel kann man guten Gewissens sehr empfehlen.

This place was a gem! Spent a whole week here and it was great! It was clean, the staff was very helpful and kind. The room was a decent size- especially for Europe and the bathroom was quite large too (with a rain shower). The bath products we from a local perfumer, Fragonard, and were very nice. The front desk was always staffed so we never had an issue getting our key, even late at night. The best part about the hotel was the location. It was about 10 min to the train station, and less than 10 to the Promenade and beach. We could easily walk to the old town and all of the shopping and restaurants we wanted to visit. The street itself seemed a little more quiet which I loved, but if you walked a couple of blocks in either direction you could find so many fun things! I also thought the price for our stay was very reasonable especially for it being such a busy travel season! I would totally stay here again and highly recommend.

We planned a 10 day first-time excursion to the Cote d' Azur spending three days in Nice. Our previous visit to France was in Paris with tiny rooms and we were expecting the same experience here in Nice. But, we were very glad we chose Hotel Villa Victoria as our hotel for those three days as the room was spacious, the staff accommodating, the surrounding area beautiful and the hotel gardens peaceful and serene. We were on the garden side of the hotel with a beautiful view of the gardens, a small balcony for a late evening glass of wine and a quiet ambience for a restful night of sleep. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly. Akeem (I hope I am spelling it correctly) manned the evening desk and made wonderful dinner restaurant recommendations that were close enough to walk, delicious, and worth the price. He was a key part of making our experience enjoyable. Oceanoe (again I hope I am spelling it correctly) worked the day desk and was gracious with our requests. One afternoon we wanted to see about heating up our leftover steak, lamb, pork and fries for an afternoon snack with a bottle of wine in the garden. The meats were leftovers from a "steakhouse" Akeem recommended the night before! She took the meats and fries to the kitchen and returned with our warm snack, napkins, utensils and our bottle of wine. Her special attention to our desires and requests made the visit very special.|The room had comfortable beds, easy to control AC, lighting controllable from the bed making bed time safer, and beautifully equipped roomy bathroom with modern facilities (shower, toilet, sinks, heated mirrors, heated towel racks). |The garden and grounds are a big asset to our trip. The photo on the Trip Adviser website does not do justice to the size and diversity of the garden. It was a pleasant respite after a day of walking and exploring. |If, or hopefully when, we return to the area, this will be our first choice of hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was small but comfortable and had everything we could need. Breakfast was nice however lots of children running around the breakfast area made it unsafe when carrying hot drinks to the table. The hotel is quiet and we had no problems sleeping! The garden area is beautiful and the staff were so helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Gut geführtes, sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Unser Zimmer war top (Zweibettzimmer), das Frühstück war auch gut und der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön. Zu Fuß sind es wenige Minuten zur Promenade, Restaurants gibt es im Umfeld des Hotels reichlich und auch in die Altstadt sind es nur zwanzig Minuten. Und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich, egal mit wem wir gesprochen haben, alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mehr kann man von einem 4-Sterne Haus kaum erwarten. Also volle Punktzahl und eine klare Empfehlung.

A central(for me) location to spend a lovely 3 days in Nice.

Location is nice. it's about a 10 min walk from the train station in Nice Ville to get to the other cities in the Cote d'Azur. It's also about a 15 min walk to Old nice. The rooms are comfortable but the shower is small. If you get a room with 2 beds, you're really getting 1 bed with 2 small mattresses. Our AC did not work well so the room became hot at night (this is when the temp outside is in the 50s F). We had to open our window but then the street noise and traffic became an issue. The staff were friendly but apparently you're not supposed to use the outdoor garden unless you order breakfast from them. We don't like to eat a big breakfast and prefer to get coffee and a pastry in the morning. We were told we were not supposed to use the tables outside unless we purchased their breakfast although she made an exception for us this time. I thought that was weird. The garden is lovely and should be available for guests to enjoy. Mind you there is a spacious indoor dining area too and it wasn't too busy so we weren't taking up tables. 3.5 stars

We are extremely well travelled English folk in our seventies. |One couple ( us) part own a 35 bed hotel in Cumbria so we know what we're looking for.|(We booked this "hotel" on the recommendation of friends who stayed about 20 years ago!!)||Anyway, Be aware that this is more of a B and B than a hotel, as there is nothing available in the way of tea/ coffee or food service after breakfast. ||A quick resume:|Location : good. 10 mins walk to Prom Anglais, longer to the Old Town.||Staff : very nice, helpful when asked||Reception and Sitting area: smelt strongly of cloying artificial air freshener. Why? What are they hiding? Most unpleasant and incredibly bad for you. Cancer inducing when inhaled on a regular basis. |No comfortable seating ie no lounge.||Garden: lovely||Room : quite small, balcony overlooking the garden with two chairs. One chair in room like a dining chair. Beds very comfortable. Pillows dreadful if you like a soft feather or goose down - these are very very firm foam. We always travel with our own pillows.||Minibar : great, useful for milk, cheese and the greek yogurt we bought.||T and C facilities : fine if you're a Nespresso fan, but if you like a morning or afternoon cup of tea bring your own tea bags and two large mugs as no tea pot and the mugs are like egg cups.||Cleanliness : good||Bathroom : fine||Breakfast : usual selection of carbs - croissants, bread rolls etc, cheese tomatoes cucumber. Cornflakes. One other.|Small selection cheapish yoghurt, fruit salad. Odd stuff called white cheese.|Eggs - boil your own in a hot bath. Hilarious if a number cooking at once as noone can remember whose is whose.|Scrambled egg bacon, available in bain Marie but rather dried up and unattractive.|Make your own coffee from various machines, my husband declared his coffee to be be ok, my tea was a bag floating in hot water. Why can't the French make proper tea?|All rather expensive for 17 euros.|Would recommend not prepaying for breakfast but amble out to one of the excellent cafes. Edmond is excellent and the best hot chocolate ever.||Eating out : avoid the horrid touristy restaurants near the old town. Ask the staff for recommendations. It's a shame there isn't a file listing decent eateries in the hotel.|Good fish restaurant round the corner in the next street. We ate lunch out and snacked in the hotel in the evening on cheese and bread we brought in.||Parking: available at 20 euros a day which is well worth it.||Places to go: St Paul de Vence lovely. Eze is ghastly - don't bother. Villa Ephrussi super.|Great couple of hours seeing Nice on segways which was fun.|Antibes we like.|Venturing to Mougins tomorrow so no feedback yet.||All in all:|Nice and the whole area has become very built up and busy since we were last here, so we probably won't return, and sadly most definitely not to the Villa Victoria, but that's our personal opinion of course.|Our friends thought it was ok. |We paid 1580 euros for 7 nights in. March which included parking ( 20 euros a day) and breakfast ( 34 euros a day for two) ||Our friends who hadn't been before say they would return, but would self cater as good fresh food available in the market.

Good Hotel and friendly services.

Emplacement très central. Petit parking payant de 5 véhicules bien pratique quand on vient en voiture car le stationnement est très compliqué à Nice. Chambre très bien insonorisée et chaleureuse. Literie confortable. Jardin très sympa, même si nous n'en n'avons pas beaucoup profité car nous sommes passé en février. Le personnel est charmant.|Le seul bémol est le petit-déjeuner qui est facturé 12 € et qui est très moyen. Un croissant et un pain au chocolat nain. Une salade de fruit avec beaucoup de pommes. Cela manque un peu de générosité.

Grosse déception sur la literie qui fût de mauvaise qualité. Petit déjeuner excellent avec un service de qualité.

Top hôtel bravo à toute l'équipe

Une oasis de calme très bien située (gare, promenade des Anglais, Vieux-Nice, ...). Grande chambre triple joliment aménagée, petit-déjeuner bon et varié, jardin accueillant, service parfait. Que demander de plus?
