Wir waren auf Städtereise in Nizza und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel Excelsior. Zimmer und Service (österreichische Rezeptionistin und chilenisches „Zimmermädchen“) sind top; ins Zentrum läuft man 20 Minuten, was für uns aber auch ok war. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

The location is fantastic. The rooms are very, very small with no closet or otherwise place to open luggage except the bed. The shower has no curtain or enclosure so the entire bathroom gets soaked if a shower is taken. The website lists an airport shuttle as an amenity, but beware there is a substantial charge ($50) which is not quoted until you are at the airport ready to leave. I applaud the energy efficiency effort of this hotel chain, but the lighting was minimal and having the lights dependent upon a key by the door should be reconsidered.
