The services provided by the kind staff and the breakfast would be rated with 5 stars. Nevertheless there are some major negatives that should be highlighted. The soundproofing of the building is really bad both between the rooms and the outside. The tram is passing by every 10-15 minutes until late night and starts again early in the morning. Additionally, normal conversations can be heard from neighbour rooms. I am always carrying a pair of earplugs otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep. I do not recommend it for light sleepers. For all the rest is a great choice to stay for a couple of nights at the center of Nice.
