L'esperienza di soggiorno peggiore della mia vita. Un problema di linea con Booking ci ha fatto incorrere in due prenotazioni della stessa camera doppia. Non avendo trovato riscontro dalla struttura nei giorni prima del soggiorno, siamo giunti alla data e direttamente in struttura rifatto presente il problema ed avendo pagato entrambe le stanze, chiesto entrambe le chiavi. Il manager maleducato si è messo ad urlare dicendo di avere una sola stanza libera perché, come chiarito poi dal call center booking, aveva dato a pagamento la stanza già pagata da noi ad un'altra coppia. Non si è scusato per la sua non professionalità ma ci ha anche detto con tono schizzionoso "Ah...Italia!" Fieri di essere italiani, siamo certi che non ci torneremo mai piu e che "quel che si semina si raccoglie".

The staff informed us of not having available rooms, knowing that we had email and sms confirmations. We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel, with expedia. We got the Expedia confirmation and another hotel confirmation; only to be informed by the receptionist that they have no rooms available..
In addition to that, the staff member decided to act rude and defensive rather than collaborative and solution oriented. He even called us "not honest".
Anyways, I'd recommend to avoid this place.

Super hôtel, propre et cosy .
Les chambres sont jolies .
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner manque un peu de choix ... léger pour 12 euros par personne .
Mais ceci a été largement compensé par le sourire de notre hôte.
