Good service, helpful employes. Nice standard on the rooms. The bathrooms are a bit air tight - should have better ventilation.

Very friendly helpful staff. Location was good. Breakfast was OK but for €12, I expected a bit more choice, we only took breakfast on day one. Having said that, the scrambled eggs were the nicest I have ever had. Nothing wrong with the breakfast itself but in my opinion, not worth €12

The bedroom was small but very comfortable bed and the aircon was a real plus. However, there was no coffee (only tea) and the worst aspect of the room was the bathroom. The shower was great but the toilet was VERY uncomfortable to sit on. Too high but the main problem was too cramped between the wall and the shower. Not enough room to sit comfortably.

Bonjour,

la chambre 304 est spacieuse, néanmoins le le lit côté porte grince dès que l’on bouge dommage car on y dort pas trop mal. La propreté est juste, en passant le doigt sur la tête du lit il y a énormément de poussière pas seulement récente.

Il y a une odeur d’égoût pas insupportable mais présente. L’insonorisation est limite.

Votre rapport qualité prix est bon.

Wc was separated from barhroom, and had no place to clean your hands after a visit, also very small.
Ok standard, very good location, close to trainstation and the beach. Nice people working there.

Ce qui m'a le plus frappé c'est l'accueil qui a été très sympathique.
Rien à redire sur l'emplacement.
La réception est un peu exigu mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

The personal was very kindly and very helpful and it was close to the beach and to a park. The water in the shower changed from warm into cold alone. My daughter didn't like it. ;-) We had a good vaction time in Nice!

Were advised about €35 transfer to airport but not told about €3 tram. Had lots of noise from room above and staircase beside our room and 1st floor is next to kitchen so had lots of eating noise from 6am.

C'était mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois le personnel a été très aimable et serviable. L'emplacement est idéal, près de la place Massena et pas trop loin de la station de tramway Jean Médecin sur la ligne partant de l'aéroport. Jolie chambre avec suffisamment d'espace, de même que la salle de bain.

Loved the hotel, the location is superb !!! the rooms are clean and good! Parking is not far away, a day for the car when booking the hotel is 20e, breakfast is normal, but there is a cafe not far and you can eat for the same amount you like most in the bathroom I would like to have soap and shampoo.

L'hotel è situato al centro della città a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Massena e raggiungibile facilmente anche in macchina. Il personale è stato gentile e professionale e la stanza che avevamo, una quadrupla, era molto spaziosa.Non possiamo dire niente sulla colazione perchè non l'abbiamo presa. Lo raccomandiamo a chiunque voglia stare qualche nella splendida città di Nizza!

We enjoyed our stay, price ratio is very good, great location as it is close to train station, promenade, shops, very clean, nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly( Vaïva, Bruno, Elaine and night shift), the only minus is probably air conditioning- it would be better if it was possible to remove aircon remote from the wall so that guests could adjust temperature themselves, other than that we were happy with everything, I would gladly recommend your hotel to my friends and family
