3 night stay with family. Rooms were small but very clean. It was a lovely quiet hotel so we all slept very well. Each room we had was very different in size I would probably recommend 3rd floor as your windows are long so plenty of light and some rooms have balconies. Great location near to station and not far from the beach. Overall a lovely stay with pleasant staff, no complaints.

Overall very decent stay! Receptionists are friendly and helpful, and location is great. My only concerns would be the smell in the room. The bed smells sour and I got allergic reactions from contacting it. Rest is great! Thank you for the stay.

Very good hotel for the price.
The location is excellent., near old town and very close to the tram, which takes you all over Nice.

Superbe accueil du réceptionniste ! Très sympathique et souriant ! Par contre bruit de la rue dans la chambre même placé au 4ème Etage, nous avons dû fermé la fenêtre pour éviter d’entendre les bruits, et il est compliqué d’avoir de l’eau chaude dans la douche.
Par contre, emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pieds.

Emplacement très bien. Par contre pas facile pour se garer, parking privé trop loin l’ascenseur on a pas pu monter à deux avec nos bagages. Trop petit et les chambres sont mal isolé car on attend nos voisins d’à côté ainsi que la rue.
Hôtel pour passer une nuit de passage. Pas pour rester deux ou trois jours..
