We had a great time at The Jay. Staff were all amazing. Super cute boutique hotel. Air conditioned room a welcome treat after a day in the sun! Happy hour hits the spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly kind, funny and attentive, they truly made us feel welcome. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, the main promenade, the old town, shops and restaurants are plenty around. It is also very convenientl We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!It’s also conveniently close to the main train station and the tram to the airport. The breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very pleasant. Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience for all the family. The facilities are perfect for everyone and the hotel is so close to the beach and cafe/restaurants.
The breakfast was delicious, complimentary hot and cold drinks, beach towels and beach umbrella’s were a bonus.
Most importantly the staff were incredible, so helpful and friendly, we would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Jay Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and spacious for central Nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location - close to the promenade Anglais and easy walk to old Nice! Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

The service from the Happy culture team & especially Alan couldn’t have been better. From the time we arrived to leaving the service was 5 star.
They remembered our names and made us feel so welcome and I can’t recommend them enough. We will be back and can’t wait to comeback to NIce!

We had a lovely stay at the Jay Hotel in Nice for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly attentive to our needs, and we particularly were impressed with Liliana and Alain, both of which greeted us personally by name, with a smile, every time we walked through the hotel lobby, and they even threw in a free glass of champagne for my wife and I to celebrate our honeymoon. Thanks so much everyone at the Jay!

Liliana and staff are an asset to your corporation. To stay that she went above and beyond is an understatement.
I had an unexpected dental emergency occur for an event come up and she jumped through hoops to get me the help I needed!!!
I will return to Nice, but to The Jay for sure!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lilliana, Alain, Naren and the crew treated us like royalty. Very accommodating with directions, places to eat, etc. I would stay there again.

Warning: as an American tourist I would not stay here again.
The reviews convinced us to book but the room was truly filthy: dusty and covered with mold!
We had a handicap accessible room so our room was likely larger than most but the lack of cleanliness in this place was alarming.
The sheets were dirty, the bed was terrible, and the mold in multiple places was concerning.
We would’ve left if there was another hotel close that had availability during our stay but it was a busy week in Nice. Do not recommend unfortunately regardless of how kind and helpful the staff is. Not worth the money.

Perfect hotel for our stay in Nice! The location is great, easy walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais, the tram, Gare, and old town. The staff was amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious. Also loved having access to coffee and sparkling water all day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Un très bel hôtel où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le personnel est très charmant, aux petits soins, on se sent encore mieux que chez soi. Le petit déjeuner est excellent! Le fait d’avoir à disposition du thé, café, chocolat et même des petites douceurs, est très appréciable.

Nous avons passé notre lune de miel dans cet hôtel avec ma femme. L’hôtel est magnifique.petit déjeuner était délicieux.
Le chambre est très grande. Salle de manger est très propre et utile ( on a trouvé tout les affaires) .

Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour !
Le personnel est très gentil, et l’hôtel est très bien situé, nous avons fait quelques activités et nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la voiture.
Si nous revenons à Nice nous nous dirigerons sans hésitations au Jay Hôtel.
Je recommande cet établissement !
