Hôtel plein de charme. J’ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, et vraiment, j’ adore.
Personnel serviable. Les chambres sont propres et c’est toujours un plaisir de profiter du petit déjeuner dans la très belle salle du rez de chaussée. J’ai eu l’occasion d’échanger avec Antoine, le Directeur, très sympathique et positif!
Cet hôtel restera mon coup de cœur !

Un véritable bijou au cœur de Nice !
Mon séjour à La Villa Otero a été tout simplement parfait du début à la fin. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été charmé(e) par l’élégance de l’établissement, son ambiance chaleureuse et son décor raffiné inspiré de la Belle Époque. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire.
Ma chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable, confortable et décorée avec goût, alliant charme d’antan et modernité. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme des lieux malgré la proximité de la gare et du centre-ville — un vrai havre de paix après une journée de découverte.
Le petit-déjeuner est un pur délice, servi dans une salle lumineuse à l’ambiance cosy, avec un large choix de produits frais et savoureux.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Nice !

Séjour très agréable à la Villa Otero. Hôtel plein de charme avec une belle déco Belle Époque. Chambre propre, confortable et bien équipée. Emplacement pratique près de la gare et du centre. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux !

Qualité prix non raisonnable. Le lit n’est pas confortable. J’ai eu un mal de dos durant mon séjour.
La salle de bain est mal entretenue avec l’évacuation boucher.
En plus de cela, J’ai subi un vol dans ma voiture et je devais quitter l’établissement rapidement. L’équipe n’a pas été compréhensive et n’ont pas voulu me rembourser une partie des nuits restant.

Villa Otero is a charming, stylish little hotel ✨ with a lovely atmosphere and an excellent location ????. The rooms are on the smaller side, as expected in city hotels, but tastefully decorated with classic elegance ????️. Breakfast was quite decent compared to similar French city hotels, served in a pleasant setting ????️ with an international selection ????. Overall, it’s a thoughtfully designed and endearing place – one that makes you feel welcome and that you’d happily return to ????.

Ideally located near Nice train station and walkable into Nice Old Town. Lovely old property with comfortable beds and a good shower ... and free coffee and croissants! Friendly, helpful staff make this an ideal place to stay for a few days.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Otero during a trip to Nice and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel has a charming, boutique feel with a vintage French Riviera aesthetic. The location is convenient—about a 5-minute walk from the Nice Ville train station, which made it easy to explore the city and nearby areas. It’s also a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais.
The staff of the hotel very friendly and always ready to help. Additional thank you for a small birthday gift for me ☺️
A few minor downsides: the walls are a bit thin, so noise from adjacent rooms or the hallway can occasionally be heard.
Overall, I’d recommend Villa Otero to anyone looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Nice with friendly service and a touch of Parisian flair on the Riviera.

Ne-am simțit foarte bine. A fost liniște, salteaua ff buna, mic dejun bogan si gustos.
Am apreciat ca apa si cafeaua nu au lipsit pe toata perioada sederii.
Personalul foarte amabil, in special d.na Nicoleta care este româncă!
Un minus a fost baia exagerat de mica.
Per total a fost bine!
Recomand cu incredere!

Hotel was very clean , we had breakfast in the hotel which was good enough ,everyone was extremely pleasant and very helpful we had no issues at all. |Train station is near hotel so access to other locations was great|From the airport it took about 17 minutes travel time , walks to promenade was around 25 minutes

We had a great stay, the staff were kind and friendly and made sure if our pleasant stay. One small thing though, is that the breakfast is quite limited, with not a lot on offer. Nevertheless we had a great stay and I want to thank the staff for giving me a pleasant time within my lodging

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Otero! It was an easy 5 minute walk from the train station, great location where you can walk every where ( 15 minutes to the beach) or take a short Uber ride to any point of interest in the city. The staff were very friendly and authentically welcoming. I appreciated that breakfast is included! The variety of breakfast items spanned from light fare (fruit, yogurt etc) to hearty options like cheese, sausage, scrambled eggs. They have a great coffee machine that can be used any time of the day which you can customize your coffee ranging from espresso, cappucino, long coffee, and prepare it exactly how you like it! The bed was cpmfortable and room clean and quiet. There was an elevator ! SOme buildings in the area don't have them! For a reasonable price you get everything you need to start and end the day! I would stay there again!

Tolles Hotel , Frühstück war gut und reichlich , alles sauber , sehr bequeme Betten .Zentral gelegen, highlight für einen langen Tag war die Badewanne , Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Mir wurde unbürokratisch ein verlorener Airpod gesucht und nachgeschickt , ganz großes Danke dafür !
Wir würden wieder Villa Otero buchen !!

Accueil sympathique, petite chambre propre et bien entretenue. Literie excellente. Un petit déjeuner vraiment bien. Je recommande vous ne serez pas déçu.

J'ai passée un excellent séjour dans hôtel. J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration de la chambre qui est confortable, spacieuse et totalement adaptée au PMR en fauteuil roulant.
L'équipe est accueillante et bienveillante.
Le seul petit bémol est la chaise de douche qui est à revoir.
