Excellent apartment in central Nice. Close to many cafes and restaurants. 15 minute walk to old town and sea front.

Very good apartment, excellent location, spacious. The second room with 2 beds was not very comfortable, we would suggest to invest in better beds/mattresses. Otherwise we enjoyed and would recommend it!

Three times, I've had excellent experiences renting with Riviera Holiday. First inquiries to bookings they are responsive, friendly, helpful - the whole process easy/smooth! They communicate well to ensure & accommodate check in/out is super easy. They are available & eager to assist while there. Highly recommend!

A wonderful apartment with an amazing view of the bay. Easy access to the train station, old town, and the beach. I will definitely be coming back.
