料理は本当に本当に美味しくて、絶対に訪れる価値があります！
音楽もとても素晴らしく、ずっと藤井風さんの曲が流れていて、100点満点です！
ですが、サービスに関しては、アジア人に対してあまり親切ではないように感じました（私は台湾人です）。特に、周囲の非アジア系のお客様との対応を比べると、その差が明らかで、正直がっかりしました。私は日本に二度留学したことがあり、旅行でも五回以上訪れていますが、これほど居心地の悪いサービスを受けたのは初めてです。

それでも、またニースに来る機会があれば、やっぱりこのお店の料理を食べに来たいと思っています。それほど美味しかったです。スタッフの皆さんには、私がフランス語を話せないことや、日本語なまりの英語を聞き取るのが苦手なことを、どうか気にしないでいただければと思います。

友人の話によると、このレストランは中国の人気アプリ「小紅書（RED）」でとても評判が良く、それが中国人観光客が常に多い理由の一つだそうです。ただ、その小紅書には差別を感じたという内容の投稿も多く見受けられます。

私がニースに来た主な目的は、このレストランに来ることでした。料理は期待どおり素晴らしかったですが、細かい部分でもう少し改善されると、もっと素敵なお店になると思います。これは善意からの提案としてお伝えしていますので、スタッフの皆さんに心に留めていただけたら幸いです。

服務上似乎對亞洲人不上心（我是台灣人），尤其是在與周圍的非亞洲人對比過後。坦白說我挺失望的，我曾在日本留學過兩次，赴日旅遊超過五次，從沒有過如此不舒適的服務體驗。儘管如此，下次來尼斯，我還是會想再來這裡吃飯，希望老闆娘不要介意我不懂法語，也不太善於聽日本口音的英語。
聽朋友描述，這間餐廳是小紅書（中國人常用的App ）非常推薦的餐廳，這是為什麼餐廳內中國人始終很多的原因，但小紅書內也有眾多感到被歧視的討論。
我來尼斯旅遊的原因，就是為了來吃這家餐廳，當然餐點上的確很出色，只是小細節上可以更好，這是我出於善意的提醒，希望老闆娘能重視一下！

The food was absolutely delicious—definitely worth a visit!
The music was also amazing; they played Fujii Kaze’s songs the entire time, and I’d give that a perfect score too!
However, I felt that the service seemed inattentive toward Asian customers (I’m from Taiwan), especially in comparison to how non-Asian guests were treated. Honestly, I was quite disappointed. I’ve studied in Japan twice and traveled there more than five times, and I’ve never had such an uncomfortable service experience before.

That said, if I visit Nice again, I would still want to come back for the food—it’s just that good. I hope the staff doesn’t mind that I don’t speak French and have trouble understanding English with a Japanese accent.

According to my friend, this restaurant is highly recommended on Xiaohongshu (a popular app among Chinese users), which explains why there are always many Chinese customers here. However, there are also many posts on Xiaohongshu discussing experiences of discrimination.

My main reason for visiting Nice was to eat at this restaurant, and while the food certainly lived up to the hype, I think there’s room for improvement in the small details. I’m sharing this as a sincere suggestion, and I hope the staff will take it to heart.

Habitués de l'établissement avant son changement de cap, nous avions déjà été déçu l'année passée mais ce soir était l'occasion de tenter un menu unique de Pâques.
Malgré une cuisine très correcte le repas se trouvent entachés par des détails qui n'ont pas lieu d'être.
- Un menu unique dont le prix fluctue sans notification préalable entre la réservation et l'arrivée au restaurant
- Des serviettes en papiers ?
- Un verre de vin non conventionnel loin des 17.5cl habituels
- Un choix de pain discutable bien que frais
- Un oeuf mollet pas mollet.

Nous redonnerons volontier une chance a l'établissement a l'occasion en espérant qu'ils se ressaisisse et ne se repose pas sur sa notoriété auprès de la clientèle étrangère pour offrir un service qui n'est pas a la hauteur des tarifs affichés et de l'historique de l'établissement.

Superbe découverte, nous avons adoré ce restaurant. Des plats raffinés avec une subtile touche japonaise (due aux origines de la patronne, qui au passage est super gentille !). Une menu de qualité avec des dressages fins et des saveurs excellentes, pour 30€ pp entrée / plat / dessert.
