ツアーの夕食で訪問しました。前菜はニース風ピザでピザの台が固くて驚きました。メインは豚肉でソースと絡み合って美味しかったです。デザートはメレンゲ風プリンで絶品でした。

Amazing set up and ambience of the restaurant Typical French cuisine, from which we tried 4 courses, and all are receiving 5 stars from us. (2 starters, 2 main courses, and 1 desert. We also had one bottle of wine, total 130 eur.
Staff very professional, we had time to enjoy every course, the food was delivered not too fast but also not to slow.
I gave a review of 10 out of 10 .

Mit Neugier haben wir unseren Abend im "Marcel" begonnen, da wir uns unter einem "Bistro chic" nur wenig vorstellen konnten.
Ergebnis: Keineswegs ein Bistro+, sondern ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes vollwertiges Restaurant mit ansprechender Speisenauswahl, die in hoher Qualität zubereitet und von aufmerksamem und sympathischem Servicepersonal dargereicht wurde.

Vielleicht mag es nicht jeder, den Köchen bei der Arbeit in der offenen Küche zuzusehen. Wir fanden es klasse! Der Besuch im "Marcel" hat bei uns einen besonders positiven Eindruck hinterlassen, dem letzten Abend unseres Nizzaufenthaltes angemessen.

Sehr zu empfehlen, Reservierung allerdings ebenso angeraten.

Great service and very lovely staff. The decor is really lovely and a great stop for a romantic dinner. We had the yummy escargot and frog legs, and we also shared the truffle linguine, As you can see from the pictures, the truffles are from a jar or something, so the dish doesn't have that full truffle taste, the rest was really good.

Refused to seat us even though all the tables outside were set for service and empty. They made us feel decidedly “un chic”

Restaurant très sympathique. Nous avons réservé un peu tard pour 4 personnes aux alentours de 21h, mais notre réservation a été accepté sans problème.
Le service était excellent et les serveurs(ses) agréables et avec beaucoup d’humour.
Les plats étaient également excellent, rien à redire, servis plutôt rapidement, chauds.

Nous y sommes revenus car notre souvenir était très positif. Pour la deuxième fois nous n'avons pas été déçu. Les plats étaient excellents, le service parfait grâce aux personnels très accueillant et chaleureux.

To start off, the atmosphere was incredible, as a tourist, it was all that I was looking. Food was quite tasty, nothing exactly to complain about, but still could have been better, I didn’t really like the appearances, but it was okay. Lastly, the worst part, is the service.. the waitress barely talked to us and always made such faces when we asked or said something, which is not appropriate and it did not make us feel good there. Overall, the atmosphere and the food makes it still worth a visit.

We found this place by chance, but absolutely loved it. The waiter was very nice and helped us with selecting the wine. The food was also of very good quality.

Die Reservierung hat gut funktioniert, ein Tisch war pünktlich frei.
Auf die Vorspeisen mussten wir ca. eine Stunde warten und diese wurde auch dann nur nach Urgenz unsererseits serviert. Die, geschmacklich gute Suppe war dann aber leider fast kalt.
Auf die Hauptspeisen warteten wir dann nochmals 30 Minuten und dann wurde eine falsche Speise geliefert, aber nach Reklamation kurzfristig korrigiert.
Der Geschmack der Hauptspeisen war leider eher fad, also wirklich sehr wenig gewürzt.
Der junge Mann der uns bediente war leider weder besonders freundlich, noch professionell beim Umgang unserer Reklamationen (und wir waren wirklich nicht unfreundlich) und lief auch sehr viel "leer" herum, also ohne abzuräumen etc.
Alles in allem sehr schade, Weiterempfehlung gibt es aufgrund der oben geschilderten Umstände letztendlich keine.

Que dire de plus que le 10/10 ! Tout y est parfait . L’accueil amical de Gregory, la qualité des produits, le côté « cuisine mijotée de grand mère », la jovialité du chef, le très bon vin (Paternel rouge), le décor d’un autre temps. Ce restaurant donne Clairement un petit goût de reviens-y. D’ailleurs j’y suis retourné ,-)
