J’ai dîné avec un ami un soir en semaine, tout était parfait, le cadre, le service, la cuisine de très bonne qualité, je ne connaissais pas ce lieu, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir pour toutes ces raisons. On sent la passion du chef dans sa cuisine, très fraîche, et j’adore le cadre personnellement. la serveuse était également parfaite, très agréable, ni trop présente ni pas assez, je recommande vivement ce restaurant. À bientôt ????☺️

Ein sehr authentisches Restaurant. Sehr typische französische Gerichte. Sehr angenehme und tolle Bedienung. Die Escagot und die Taube sowie das Kefta sind sehr zu empfehlen. Reservieren möglich auf der Website.

Dans un cadre historique préservé et astucieusement modernisé, une cuisine parfaitement exécutée, des produits de qualité et une simplicité inventive qui fait redécouvrir les grands classiques. Un service souriant, attentionné mais pas harassant. Bref un incontournable à Nice !

We made a reservatuon a month ago before we visit this retaurant. But all of a sudden, this restaurant cancelled our reservation yesterday without any specific reasons. Before cancelling, they shoud have asked our opinion or explained their situation why they had to do it. It is very annoying as well as this is the right way to treat customers. Even we sent a email but automatically the email was rejected to be sent. I sincerely dont understand their customer service policy.

We went there for dinner. The snails are good. The fried potatoes are delicious, while the steak is a bit cold when we get it. The chicken dish is cooked two different ways and served with fantastic ingredients. The waitress is friendly. Uncomfortable thing is that she forgets our requests, it’s understandable because she's very busy, but she cannot use the excuse that we did not mention it.

The table outside is cold. We reserved a table at 19:00, but we were about 13 minutes late, so we didn't get the table in the room. They said the table was taken by someone else because we were late. In general, the reserved table should be kept for at least 15mins, maybe it doesn't work here.

Best restaurant I’ve been to in quite a long time. We have been traveling in Italy and France, and Franchin was wonderful. The ambiance is classic French bistro understated elegance. The food was the best part: we split the fall salad, a pumpkin purée topped with fresh spinach greens, crisp tangy apple, pomegranate, and roasted squash, lightly dresses in a lemon(?) vinaigrette. The cold with hot, crunchy with smooth, was perfect. And it was so beautiful to look at, such rich colors! I had the chicken which was perfectly roasted and a large portion; my husband the sea bass. We loved everything about Franchin. Also reasonably priced (wine was pricey compared to Italy)

Je sors de ce restaurant, excellente soirée
Arrivée tôt (marathon de Nice !), c’est le chef qui prend les commandes, de très bon conseil. Notre serveuse était souriante et énergique, et les plats délicieux et très bien présentés

When I first arrived at the restaurant, the waiter recommended wine to me. I said I was under 18, and he told me that in France you can drink under 18. I don't like this way of talking, I don't want to spend extra money on drinks, the food is very mediocre, I only ate less than half of the lobster spaghetti, and the other dish is octopus, I only eat one bite and then spit it out. And they even charged me for the water. They are already more expensive than some Michelin restaurants and this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. And finally the waitress didn't ask me if I wanted my ticket. If you don't want to waste money, then don't come to this restaurant

Restaurant avec une qualité correcte mais très très bruyant ce soir là. On est encore pas au niveau du restaurant du papa situé à quelques pas ! Un rapport qualité prix à améliorer.

Cuisine type bistrot dans le très bon sens du terme. Agneau de lait à tomber par terre accompagné d un Bandol rouge Terrebrune idéal.
Poulpe snacké au chorizo également excellent. Très belle adresse que nous connaissions déjà pour y avoir dégusté une côte de veau absolument divine.

Une belle adresse pour les amateurs de gastronomie française. Mention spéciale pour la tresse de loup de mer asperges blanches sauces hollandaises. Merci au chef!!! On s’est vraiment régalés.
