Fantastic orchestration of unique dishes. The chef’s command of textures, flavors and visual presentation all with limited staff was an impressive experience.

L’aromate was a lovely restaurant with good food, cooked well; the baked eggs were a particular highlight for us, as were the desserts. As others have mentioned it does have a problem with service, not because they aren’t attentive, but because there are only two staff to wait around 20 covers. I’d recommend a visit if in Nice, but come expecting a relaxed and slow paced service, with nice, one star worthy food and a lovely window into the kitchen, where you can see the chefs hard at work.

très incompréhensible ! Nous avons fait une réservation et 240 € ont été bloqués sur notre carte de crédit, car notre vol a été annulé, malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu prévenir 48 heures à l'avance et le montant a quand même été crédité sur notre carte. aucune concession ni compréhension !

Made a reservation. Came to restaurant after spending money on an Uber. Nobody was here. Website says restaurant is open. So does Google. This one Michelin star needs to be revoked immediately. If you had to close, at least say something on website or voicemail.

Très beau et bon restaurant a Nice. Dès la mise en bouche, petit voyage dans les saveurs niçoises de manière revisitée. Les pains faits maison sont également délicieux. Très belle et complète carte de vins. Un vrai plaisir et l'ensemble de l'équipe - dont la cuisine ouverte sur la salle - fait en sorte que l'on profite au maximum de ce moment.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Das Essen ein Traum und das ambiente stimmt auch. Besonders toll fand ich den Blick in die Küche. Bitte hört nicht auf die schlechten Bewertungen. Ja es war villeicht etwas wenig Personal aber da ich auch aus der Gastronomie komme kann ich das erklären. Momentan ist die Gastronomie stark umstritten und kämpft mit starkem Personal mangel. Dieses Restaurant hat den Stern total verdient. Vielen dank fpr den Tollen Abend. Wenn ich wieder in Nizza bin werde ich wieder kommen.

It’s a horrible experience and it’s the worst Michelin restaurant I ever had! To be honest, the food is not bad, but nothing surprise, just normal, and too salty…..it’s the most salty food I ever had in Nice (I have been staying here for 2 months). Due to the salt, the flavor of each dish is simple……cannot taste the different layer and the complex flavor of different ingredients.
The service…..bad. Only 2 waiters, sometimes we have to pour the water by ourselves. Originally, we booked a table for 6, but 1 of our friends got serious sick, so 5 of us come for dinner. They don’t care the people at all, and insist to charge the full price of the absentee, no matter you are sick or dead……to be honest, no big difference between 5 and 6. I have to think this way that they really need the 120€……..
Also, because we need to send our friends to hospital, so we want to delay our reservation from 8pm to 9pm. Again! No! No way to delay! And the fact is there is only 1 table with 2 person come @9! I don’t know why they don’t compromise anything to take care of their clients. If you have made the reservation of this restaurant, you have been kidnapped!

Experience décevante: 2 menus réservés à 90 euros offerts par notre fils à Noël, réservation faite une fois le carton transmis par le restaurant mi janvier qui se solde par une augmentation de 21 euros par personne sans qu'aucune info préalable ait été transmise. Excuses un peu rigides faites sans geste commercial comme un café offert.
On paie le prix d'un concept salon chic avec vu sur cuisine, certes les produits sont très bons mais le prix de 4 verres 10cl chacun à 60 euros par personne, ça fait une grosse addition. Soirée d'anniversaire difficile à encaisser.
