Flaveur was excellent - a great meal that took influence from many different cuisines around the world.
It’s definitely fish heavy, but not particularly fishy tasting, which was appreciated.
Like others have said it’s a longer meal, but we didn’t feel particularly slow. We did the six course menu and that took roughly 4 hours. They do only have two waiters, but we felt they were professional and nice.

Creative! Every plate was a piece of art. Impeccable service– almost felt TOO good because Nice feels free and fun and sunny, and the service was very serious and on-point ????.

I really want to love this place. But a couple flaws keep me from giving it a pure 5 stars. One thing you should know is there only have one seating a night. Meaning the full tasting menu is 4 1/2 hours long! If you aren’t prepared to spend your entire night here I would think again. They do have a shorter 3 hour tasting menu also. They made it clear in the beginning that the service cannot be sped up as everyone gets served at once.
Apart from that, only two servers for the entire restaurant. It’s totally manageable. But if you expect ultra fast service to clean the crumbs or fill your glass you may need to wait a little.
The food itself was amazing. Some courses were very broken down into tinier parts. If I made one critique, it’s that it’s a little too saucy at time. Heavily reliant on fish and seafood, which is the theme of the restaurant. It’s a good long meal if you got the time.
