니스에서 맛볼수 있는 최상의 프랑스 파인다이닝이 아닌가 생각합니다. 음식 맛에서는 최고. 다만 와인리스트가 부족하고 코스사이 너무 많은 시간이 걸린다. 아마 쉐프 한분이서 하다 보니 그런거 같다는 추측. 멀리서 여행오신분이라면 시차적응 후 방문추천. 6코스 경우 4시간정도 소요되기 때문에 체력전이 요구 된다. 7코스나 9코스 주문하시면 5시간 이상도 걸릴걸로 예상됩니다. 이점은 주의가 필요하다

We experienced the 9-course tasting menu and have dined at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants (ranging from 1 to 3 stars). This was, without question, my wife's favorite dining experience—and it’s now in my personal top five as well.
That said, be mindful that the entire meal took five hours, which significantly affected the pacing.
Food: 5/5
Beautifully presented dishes with a thoughtful progression of flavors. Many courses carried distinct floral notes, adding elegance and complexity to the experience. The standout dish for us was the lobster—truly unforgettable. From start to finish, each course was balanced, refined, and skillfully executed.
Service: 4/5
The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and professional—exactly what you'd expect at this level. However, the pacing of the meal was a letdown: there was roughly a 30-minute gap between each course, which dulled the anticipation and energy of the experience. It’s unclear whether this was due to a staffing issue or something else.
Atmosphere: 4/5
The space itself is stunning and created a welcoming ambiance. Unfortunately, the presence of fruit flies and mosquitoes disrupted the otherwise pleasant setting.

Not the usual place. It’s a tiny restaurant. We had 6 tables last night, four for two , two for for person. One excellent waiter who was smiling continuously with an amazing positive attitude. He had an assistant who was kind and very polite.
The food was delicious, well presented. Great wine list.

Amazing place, 4 hours 9 course dinner. One of the best.
They don’t honor reservations. Don’t bother wasting your time. La Reserve De Nice is much nicer and friendlier. RUDE Staff.
To clarify. We confirmed our reservation at 12:30 the day of. Showed up exactly on time and the hostess said our reservation was not confirmed and they could not serve us.
This was extremely frustrating as I showed them the confirmation email of myself confirming the reservation. they kept rudely claiming that they called. (I showed them my phone and there were no missed calls). I even showed the confirmation through email. Naturally I was frustrated and upset for being treated this way. The staff was rude handling the situation. I wish I got names to call them out. Again, don’t waste your time, if your in or near Nice go to the following for better/equal food but absolutely better atmosphere: Nuances, La Réserve de Nice, Les Baines, or even Castel Plage for the atmosphere.
No apology’s or anything from the restaurant. Just a rude staff. Don’t go here.
Also I heard it takes 5 hours to get your service completed, actually happy I didn’t have to sit through that in a dull boring hole in the wall.
