Revenue après une première expérience mitigée pour redonner une chance à ce restaurant. D’autant plus déçue. Service médiocre, voire vulgaire. Formule du jour, avec des desserts de la veille. Dommage car l’emplacement est sympa.

I recently dined at Le Lodge, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered a steak medium rare, but it came out completely well done. When we pointed this out, the chef himself came out, not to apologize, but to yell at us. He brought out a different steak, claiming it was the same one, now cooked medium rare. The picture I attached shows the second steak they brought out, which they insisted was cooked correctly, but it clearly wasn’t. They also took the salads out that was initially on the dish when it first came out.
To make matters worse, I ordered a scallop risotto, but what arrived was a prawn risotto. When I brought this to their attention, they insisted there were scallops in the dish. There weren’t. The prawns that did come were mushy and tasted like they were way past their prime. The steak was also not fresh and nearly impossible to cut.
The worst part was the chef’s attitude. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he chose to scream at us, completely ruining the meal. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
