We went for Sunday lunch and the food was unforgettable. We were sat and poured for by the owner/ sommelier and served by the chef herself! Teeny tiny charming restaurant. Not to miss! Get the CHEESE COURSE OMG

Excellente composition du menu d'inspiration scandinave. Wine pairing des plus intéressant avec des vins natures plus surprenants les uns que les autres. Great future for the young and super talented Finnish chef Pinja Paakkonen!

Definitely below the average. Try another Michelin-star restaurant in this town. It was overpriced, and the meat dish was super disappointing.

Went there to celebrate a special occasion and it didn’t disappoint. Worth every cent.

Nous avons vécu une magnifique expérience gastronomique !
Nous avons pris le menu dégustation avec son accord de vins, une pure merveille !
Et pour ne rien gâcher, le service à table était impeccable, l’homme qui nous a servi nous a donné d’excellents conseils !
Merci également la propriétaire pour le dessert supplémentaire pour fêter l’anniversaire de mon mari !

My partner and I had an amazing night at Pure & V in Nice. The food was outstanding, with surprising flavor combos and creative techniques that kept us excited with each dish. The staff was warm and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
A special shoutout to the sommelier, who somehow found a natural wine that both my partner and I loved—no small feat since we have totally different wine tastes! It really made the evening feel personal and unique.
If you're in Nice, definitely worth to make a stop here!

My wife and I went here on our honeymoon a few months ago. It was the best meal either of us have ever had. We ate at a few other Michelin-starred restaurants on our honeymoon, and this was unquestionably the best. Every course was memorable, and the wine pairings were perfect. The service was also excellent.

Nourriture moyenne mais étonnante. portion minimaliste . J’ai osé dire que le sashimi de dorade n’avait aucun goût j’ai eu droit a une réflexion au plat suivant. Pas de vins autres que des vins naturels .
Seul mon mari a pris l’accord mets vins , assez satisfait mais aurait aussi apprécié du vin non naturel. Très déçu par le Champagne rosé servi d’office sans lui demander si il aimait ce qui n’est pas le cas. Le sommelier récite sa leçon à toute vitesse. Le lendemain mon mari avait des problèmes intestinaux .
Pour le prix on s’attendait à mieux . Je ne recommande pas .
Service moyen, vins moyens . Beaucoup trop cher.
J’ai trouvé la gérante à la limite de l’arrogance .

Food was ok. But it tastes more like a €100 menu. Chef is certainly skilled but did not use the best ingredients, caviar was definitely cheap.
Wine was average.
Biggest issue was us being rushed. The waiter spoke very quickly, and was on a mission to make us finish within 2 hours.

We experienced an intimate dining experience with wine pairing and were blown away by the food, and the team. This is the best meal we experienced at our time in Nice. We went to two other Michelin restaurants and they were not as delicious and special as Pure & V. I was blown away with the wine pairing, and I’m still dreaming of the delicious food we were served. My husband has most of the pictures, but I will share just a glimpse of their amazing food:

What truly made the night special, though, were the shared moments with sommelier Vanessa and chef Pinja. Their passion and warmth brought a personal, authentic touch to the experience—like being welcomed into someone’s home, only with Michelin-worthy food and a cellar full of surprises.
The wine pairing was a journey in itself—natural wines that complemented and elevated each dish beautifully. Every glass told a story, and Vanessa guided me through each one with insight and charm.
Highly recommend for anyone who loves food, wine, and genuine hospitality. ????✨
