La déco du restau a changée ! C'est très Cosi !!! J'ai adoré la playlist !! Maintenant parlons des plats nous avons pris le menu entrée -plat- dessert !!!! C'était excellent !!! Je pensais que je n'arriverai pas a mangé le dessert après avoir pris des beignets de fleurs de courgettes et ravioles... Ben la brioche perdue était tellement bonne qu'il n'en restait plus une miette ! La cuisine change tout le temps on est jamais jamais déçu !!!

Très bon petit restaurant, simple et discret
La cuisine est délicieuse, les cuissons des viandes ou poissons sont toujours parfaites. Et enfin, le dessert flatte nos papilles pour sublimer le repas.
Le chef, sympathique et efficace, assure tous les postes et est toujours à l'écoute.
Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons...et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Petit restaurant extra ! Les plats sont délicieux, les tarifs pratiqués sont plus que raisonnables! Un « chapeau haut » au monsieur qui est tout seul à faire le service, l’accueil, l’encaissement et bien sûr, la cuisine ! Bravo !

The service was unnecessarily bad.

We have been there because we saw good rating on google and it was close to our hotel. Given my experience, we believe some of the reviews here are fake!
First of all, the food was average but the waiter (bald guy) is terrible person, very rude. He does not have any soft skills. He was so aggressive, shouting at a couple of guests including us. He shouted one couple because they did not have confirmation on the reservation and he was so angry thats why he dropped some of the glasses. He also shouted at us because he did not want to change our cutlery although it was used for the starters and we asked them to replace before the main course. Upon our natural request, he was frustrated and he started saying something in French - we believe he was saying bad words to us. He was completely red and he slammed the door even his hand was stucked in the door.
The service was incredibly delayed. We were only able to finish our starters in 1 hours 45 minutes. We believe that he was deliberately serving in delays to our table to give bad experience. He already ruined our experience and mood from the first minute. Whenever any couples left the restaurant we were hearing negative comments about the guy and we understood he was extremely unprofessional and ready to fight to any guests.
The booking is leading you to choose a seating area with two options (terrace or indoor) so if you choose terrace, do not expect any terrace or balcony. Basically, you will just sit in the street on the paving stone and you will smell exhaust smoke from the cars.
I do not recommend this restaurant and I believe google comments are misleading. If you want to have a peaceful night, its not recommended.

Je me suis rendu pour un dîner, entree-plat-dessert, à deux au Potiron Gourmet. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa cuisine bien équilibrée dans les saveurs, goutue et généreuse. Seul au fourneau et au service il arrive à tout gérer comme un chef !

My daughter and I had a lovely dinner there. The food was fantastic. The Chef also served as Server, prepared drinks and cooked. He did a good job! Don’t miss the Salmon appetizer and Creme brûlée.
Addition: We managed to sneak in for dinner without reservations before he closed for a long weekend. The food was incredible as before. My daughter was fighting me for the Salmon.

Du début à la fin la cuisine est succulente. Accueil chaleureux et service au top. Une adresse à recommander mais surtout un lieu où il faut revenir.

Excellente cuisine avec un chef qui fait tout , tout seul. Il vous accueille, vous place, prend la commande, prépare de délicieux plats supers biens présentés, il vous sert, vous demande si tout va bien, vous donne l'addition avec des bonbons ( mars, snickers, lion....)
J'ai adoré et ça va être ma cantine sur Nice.

INCREDIBLE!!! One of the best places I have eaten. The menu is always a joy. It is run by a small team (2/3 people), cooking and table service. We go every time we are Nice, since 2019, and always leave with a smile and feeling truly content.

Semplicemente il miglior ristorante francese che abbia mai provato nei miei 9 anni in Francia, ho preso un pavé de veau cotto alla perfezione, con un delizioso letto di polenta e rucola, una panna cotta ai frutti rossi (in pezzi e la crema di vera frutta, non il solito sciroppo). Prezzi contenuti vista la qualità e i prezzi di Nizza. Davvero consigliato, ritornerò sicuramente, grazie!
