厨师Eric Trochon的家庭烹饪的一个好地址。

Enjoyed an absolutely outstanding meal at Influence this evening. Every course was amazing, with flavour combinations I couldn't have dreamt of. Superb food, fantastic wine pairings, and delightful service. Highly recommended in every way.

We booked here after searching for a nearby restaurant on Google, and was thrilled we could get a table. This is a very lovely, intimate restaurant and you have the choice of a four- or six-course set menu with three or four wine glasses to pair (or you can just order drinks as you please). We went with the six courses and the three glasses of wine to pair, plus a cocktail to start. The food was great, with some adventurous dishes. Standout dishes for us were their signature foie gras and the vemicelli broth. I was pleased we went with the six courses because although the meat course wasn't as stand out as those two, it was still exceptional. The wine pairing was excellent which introduced us to some new wines. My only criticism of the place is the lighting: it was very bright, and I think they could improve the ambience by turning the lighting down just a tad. So they lose a star for atmosphere for that. Having said, that, the service was excellent and although it seemed to be only a two-man team, everything ran like clockwork and we were really appreciative of the waiter taking the time to explain dishes to us in English. This is a really great restaurant and certainly worth it if you're in Nice.
