Nous ne pouvions pas commencer notre road trip sans essayer JAN, dans notre ville où nous vivons, Nice.
Je ne suis pas une personne adepte des restaurants gastronomiques, et c'est ma première fois d'essayer un, mais j'ai été trés impressionné par cela.
Les portions sont adéquates pour la qualité et le prix, la nourriture est délicieuse, sans oublier le personnel, une amabilité et un professionnalisme difficiles à trouver de nos jours.
Je dirais que notre aventure a commencé de la meilleure des manières. Je le recommande vivement!!!

Mon jeune fils m'a invité déjeuner dans ce merveilleux restaurant gastronomique au mois d'octobre pour mon anniversaire. Nous avons été charmés par cette inventive, esthétique, goûteuse cuisine. Un voyage de plusieurs heures non stop pour les papilles et les yeux, mets et vins en dégustation. Un personnel cuisinier et en salle attentif, talentueux et généreux. This was one of the most wonderful meals I’ve ever had, and such a treat during my trip to Nice! I was blown away by the creativity of the dishes, and the thoughtfulness behind the entire meal. The cheese room was spectacular. Highly recommend!

I had a very nice time at Jan. The food was amazing and the sommelier was very friendly. The bobotie two ways was my favorite! I think there needs to be more explanation of the cheeses and wine pairing in the cheese room. It would help tie the whole experience together.
