Wir hatten den Tisch über vier Wochen im Voraus reserviert und erhielten nur 40 Minuten vor dem Termin eine Absage per Mail – ohne Anruf oder Lösungsvorschlag. Für ein so renommiertes Restaurant absolut unprofessionell. Unsere Abendplanung war damit hinfällig. Verlässlichkeit sieht anders aus.

Man erwartet von einem so bekannten und vielbesuchten Restaurant eigentlich ein Mindestmass an Professionalität und Kundenorientierung – aber genau das wurde hier komplett vermisst.

Wir hatten unseren Tisch mindestens 2–3 Wochen im Voraus reserviert. Und dann? Nur 40 Minuten vor unserem Eintreffen kam plötzlich eine Absage. Kein Anruf, keine Erklärung, einfach eine knappe Nachricht. Das ist kein kleiner Patzer, das ist ein absolutes No-Go.

So kurzfristig abgesagt zu werden, ist respektlos und zeigt, dass Stammgäste oder Frühbucher offenbar keinerlei Wertschätzung erfahren. Gerade bei einem Lokal mit diesem Ruf ist so etwas inakzeptabel und peinlich.

Wer seinen Gästen so entgegentritt, verliert langfristig das Vertrauen – egal wie gut das Essen sein mag.

Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Setting and service was very good. But the portion sizes and high prices! (7€ for water)makes it not worth it. Food tastes amazing, come here if you want lunch, not dinner.

Le Plongeoir is worth a visit for the view, ambiance, and cocktails—the truffle pasta was great, and the overall vibe was amazing. We were hoping for a sunset dinner, but there were no reservations available, so we went with a 3:30 PM seating instead. The truffle pasta was definitely a highlight, but the rest of the food was just okay—not particularly memorable or worth the price tag. Definitely a place worth visiting while in Nice (at least for drinks).

Bel endroit, très original. C'est un aspirateur à touriste et à influenceur de part sa particularité.
Les prix sont très élevés mais la spécificité du lieu les explique en partie, sûrement le spritz le plus cher de Nice.
La serveuse était blessée à la main et ne pouvait servir qu'un verre à la fois, elle aurait dû poser un rtt.

Please be aware if you are visiting this place its purely for the location. Food is very below average, octopus was rubbery and tough so not fresh. Old fashioned was made completely wrong even when given feedback and served another. Service left a lot to be desired. Very nice location especially during sunset. Many better restaurants in Nice especially when considering the extortionate prices.

The view is exquisite. The staff was very nice to us and the food was really good. We had the sea bream with bulgur, so fresh and tasty. The drinks were qood too. Would definitely recommend it!

Food is great. Paying premium for the view. Best seats are for 2 by the water. If you are more than 2, expect to sit in the middle.

Rezervasyon yaptırmadan gitmeyin. Haftalar sonrasına gün veriyorlar. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili personeline teşekkür ederiz. Mükemmel manzarası ve konumunun yanında mekan olarak çok güzel bir tercihti. Tercih ettiğimiz ürünleri taze ve lezzetliydi. Harika sunumu ile değişik tatları bildiğinizin tersine görkemli ve lezzetli yemenizi sağlıyorlar. Harika bir deneyimdi. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Food was adequate but not worth the price. One of the waitresses, Lily, was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Her friend with the big lips made a rude gesture at us while leaving. We had made the reservation very early on and the night before had called to confirm a change in the seating arrangement, which was confirmed, but was still met with the very bad attitude of the waitress at the door, who was patronizing and arrogant. Though the manager Claire was very helpful and kind. We were looking forward to the experience, but was met with disappointment. I would skip, the view was fine but not uncommon.

Un super moment passé dans ce restaurant où les plats et les cocktails y sont très bons, petite pensée au chef de rang pour un superbe lancé de pain ainsi que d’intéressant renseignements sur une potentielle candidature en tant que serveuse avec ma meilleure amie, en attendant nous espérons le revoir au restaurant dans lequel nous travaillons à Martel dans le Lot (Le Plein Sud)

Nous recommandons évidemment les deux restaurants ????

Lieu devenu emblématique de Nice. J’ai connu différentes périodes. Je n’y étais pas retourné depuis des années. Il faut dire que c’est compliqué il faut réserver à l’avance sur le site. Surtout si on veut la table idéale, celle pour 6 convives sous le plongeoir, une espèce de salon privatif à l’air libre, dominant la mer. J’ai pris le filet de daurade, rien d’autres. C’était pour mon anniversaire. 46€ … le plat. Le reste de la carte reste dans cette gamme de tarif. C’était le midi. Si nous n’avons pas pris entrée plat et dessert, c’est par crainte de la chaleur, et un plat me suffit dorénavant. Donc une belle expérience.

Amazing atmosphere mainly due to the unique location. Restaurant is built on large rocks with a great view. Food is really good. Service is a bit tight (some exceptions), and overall value for money is a 4/5.

We were at Le Vivier bar last week and we had an amazing experience, with delicious drinks and snacks and a beautiful atmosphere, it exceeded our expectations. Big shout out to Aurore, who helped us all throughout the night with recommendations. I’m a G&T lover and I highly recommend their version of it, Fragrance. Will visit again soon!

Wir waren vor einer Woche bei euch essen. Das Essen war in Ordnung.
Leider hatten wir an diesem Tag keine Reservierung. Als wir nach einem Tisch fragten, wurden wir von der Kellnerin sofort darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nur Platz nehmen dürften, wenn wir auch etwas essen.

Da wir ohnehin vorhatten zu speisen, empfanden wir diesen Empfang als wenig freundlich und nicht ganz dem Niveau eines Restaurants dieser Klasse entsprechend.

1ere expérience en revenant de la grotte. Le cadre est très sympa, le service génial avec un serveur marrant et cultivé donc discussion sympa et intéressante mais les tarifs sont juste hallucinants, 7e le coca de 25cl ! par exemple
Bref soyez avertis, l'endroit est sympa etc mais prévoyez un budget assez élevé pour un repas au bord de mer
Pour ma part je ne reviendrai pas

J´étais curieuse de découvrir ce restaurant très réputé de Nice. Le cadre est original (attention au vent, prévoyez une petite veste). Le service est impeccable. Petit bémol et ce n'est que mon avis : les plats sont corrects (petites quantités), on paye surtout la vue.
