Riktigt dåligt, har ätit på mängder av persiska restauranger men detta var den sämsta serveringen av alla. Bara sött och ris, en tomat och inget annat. Riset oätligt då saltsmaken var mycket stark, ingen sallad, lök eller annat som hör till en koobideh.

Je suis vraiment surprise par tous ces avis positifs. Le service était peu chaleureux, et c’est la première fois en 28 ans (et pourtant j’en ai fait des restos !) qu’on me dit : « Il faut partir, je vous apporte l’addition, il y a des réservations »… alors que le restaurant était vide ! Même à Dubai dans les restau les plus chics on m’a jamais éjecter de la sorte !!! À fuir

Simply phenomenal food and atmosphere in the heart of Nice. We ordered the Soltani kabob barg and koobideh, zereshk polo morgh, maast o khiar and two servings of salad shirazi. All delicious! I felt so very at home and grounded by the hospitality — the owner, so kind and generous, striking conversation with me throughout my experience, and the lovely server who was more than helpful as I decided from their extensive menu. I came for the Persian food, but Safran offers all cuisine — French, of course, Greek, North African — and so on.

So yummy. Can’t wait to come back.

First we didn't know what to expect from this persian restaurant, but the owner lady (Sonia) immediately made our experience exceptional! Food, Service and the Atmosphere was great!

Delicious food and a wonderful dining experience overlooking the harbor! We sat outdoors, enjoying the view and the atmosphere, which made our lunch in Nice even more special. We ordered pasta with pesto sauce, pasta with salmon, and a fish and chicken platter with rice—all of which were flavorful and satisfying. The portions were generous and easily fed the five of us. Highly recommended !

Excellent repas iranien, frais et authentique. Nous avons été très bien servis. Nous avons mangé albaloo polo et joojeh kabab (riz aux griottes avec poulet) et joojeh kabab (brochette de poulet) et riz le 21 mai 2025. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les 2 menus. Si vous voulez essayer un bon plat iranien, nous vous recommandons ce restaurant iranien. Vous allez vous régaler.

We had nice nice food here but do CHECK THE BILL when you pay. There were 3 errors made! 2 at tables next to us as well as ours. Otherwise the food and service were very good as I would be happy to go back again.

There are outdoor tables, but the interior decor is really original with an orange theme. Even the restroom is modern and nicely done!
We came here many times for drinks, and service was always impeccable, prices reasonable, especially fur a very touristy area. This time we saw many delicious looking dishes and ordered an «Assiette Maison » featuring a variety of Irani style appetizers with very thin flatbread. Everything was excellent. I hadn’t realized that there was Irani food, as the daily specials were mostly French. The lady serving us is very gracious every time we come.

We were in nice France little over two years ago and stumbled on this amazing Persian restaurant once we got off our boat tour for. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm service and amazing authentic Persian food. We had cherry rice with chicken and Sultani Kabob at the time and it was absolutely delicious.. this time when we stopped in nice France, we decided once again we had to eat at this fantastic restaurant and once again we were delighted with the food and the service. We highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed if you like Middle Eastern food, this is the place to stop for great service and delicious authentic food.

I recently tried the Joojeh kebab and Kashke bademjan at a Persian restaurant, hoping for an authentic culinary experience.

Unfortunately, the disappointment was overwhelming. The Joojeh kebab was overpriced at 23 euros for a single skewer, which was masked with excessive lemon to conceal its old taste and it was sour.

Regrettably, the quality did not match the price. Additionally, the Kashke bademjan lacked authenticity, with vegetables tasting stale and the dish drowned in generic fried onions (visible in the first picture), far from the genuine Persian flavors I expected.

The high prices further added to the disappointment, making this dining experience a complete letdown. Overall, I rate this meal 0/10 for both quality and value.
