An absolute gem in the heart of Nice! Dining at L’Oliviera was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends. The passion of the owner Nadim shines through in every detail—from the stories behind the olive oils to the warmth in the service.
Each dish was beautifully prepared, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully paired with unique olive oils that elevated everything to another level.
A must-visit if you’re in Nice—this is not just a meal, it’s a memory.

As trained chefs, my wife and I can be particularly tough on restaurants. Oliviera is an absolute delight in every way. Simple traditional French dishes deliver a rich layered depth of flavour. Our waiter was the owner. He is a gentleman and a character well worth meeting. I would describe the atmosphere as a French countryside oasis hidden in a crowded sea of Old Nice tourists. Oliviera is a jewel and on our vacation to Nice the only restaurant we chose to eat at twice. They do not take reservations, so I recommend getting there early and bring Euros as they do not take credit cards.
