It was ‘okay.’ Not good for gluten free or vegan options. Not specified on the menu and the waiting staff were a tad blasé about it. I basically had duck and beef. But literally. If you’re not a meat eater (vegetarian or vegan) your options are extremely limited. We may have just chosen a bad bottle but this was the worst wine we’ve had after two weeks in Nice.

La cuisine était moyenne, rien d’exceptionnel, plus d’attention à l’esthétique et la mise en place qu’aux goûts. Le service était pas trop attentif. Les vins ont été servis presque chauds. L’ambiance est sympa. C’est dommage parce que je crois que cet endroit aurait beaucoup de potentiel mais il faut que les chefs se concentrent sur la qualité des ingrédients et sur la simplicité de les traiter.

Food is amazing! Researched taste, we really loved it. Staff is nice, drink are good, view is beautiful what can you ask more than that?!

Me encantó este sitio. Está justo enfrente del mar, con unas vistas brutales si pillas mesa en la terraza. Es perfecto para tomarte algo al atardecer o cenar con calma.
La comida tiene un rollo mediterráneo con toques de Oriente Medio. Pedimos varios platos para compartir: hummus, ensalada de tomate con especias, unas albóndigas buenísimas y pan de pita calentito. Todo muy sabroso y bien presentado, se nota que le ponen cariño.
La carta de vinos naturales está muy bien escogida, y los cócteles también están ricos. Probé uno con mezcal y naranja que me flipó.
El ambiente es relajado, algo animado por la música y la gente, pero sin llegar a ser ruidoso. El personal muy majo, explican bien los platos y no tardan mucho.
Precio razonable para la zona y el tipo de comida. No es barato, pero pagas por el sitio, el producto y el buen rato.
Lugar con encanto, comida rica y ambiente ideal para pasar una noche guay en Niza. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Supertrevlig personal, bra vin och fantastisk utsikt, men maten är lite tråkig och smaklös. Dock åt vi bara de vegetariska rätterna.

Expérience catastrophique, à fuir, ce déjeuner si on peut l'appeler ainsi est tout simplement une mauvaise plaisanterie. Le menu n'est non seulement explicite mais le plat ou plutôt la dînette d'enfants nous a été servi dans une assiette à dessert. Rien à manger, vin blanc chaud. Si certains donnent des avis positifs c'est qu'ils se sont trompés d établissement ou que les avis datent d'une paire d'années à l'époque de

Pretty average. Quality is well below the price.
One of our guests was left without food for 20 minutes, she watched us eat and we watched her eat. No apology or discount. I have been pooping quite severely since leaving the restaurant! Not impressed.

A pleasant surprise right on the seafront of Nice. Babel Babel is just steps away from the sea and offers a charming atmosphere. It has outdoor seating, two beautifully designed indoor levels, and a unique balcony with a stunning view of the Mediterranean—perfect for a romantic outing.
The food was excellent: well-balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and careful presentation. We started with a beef bao, which was delicious, followed by the catch of the day (Castagnole), perfectly cooked and served with mashed potatoes and confit tomatoes—a great pairing.
We enjoyed everything with some refreshing draft beers, perfect for the setting and weather.

Misschien een vreemd plekje wat wij kozen, in de poort, maar wat fijn om in deze hitte van 33 graden in de schaduw te lunchen, met een lekker briesje. Bediening met humor is altijd sfeerverhogend.

An interesting atmosphere with a reggae DJ set playing in the background. We still chose to dine under the arcades with a sea view, which made the evening even more pleasant.
Service was quick and efficient, with a clear explanation of the wines by the glass. We tried a blend of Chardonnay and Rolle, and a Portuguese orange wine.
The food was delicious: chickpea fritters with sesame, a veal tartare (10/10), fried tomino cheese with harissa, and cuttlefish in their ink served over a creamy potato purée.

Good food but really poor service, we weren’t checked on, a meal was missing, then we were charged extra for a more expensive dish.

Ce resto a longtemps été une petite pépite mais la qualité de la prestation s’est nettement dégradée. Hier soir resa pour 2, un accueil lamentable ou on nous dit qu’ils sont complet sans même nous demander si on a une resa. Au final on se retrouve sur la terrasse de derrière, bref. Un service vraiment nul, jamais de serveur pour l’interpeler et demander la base, pain, carafe… initialement repéré à vin nature la façon dont la serveuse essaye de nous dissuader d’en commander est étrange. Le hoummous manquait cruellement d’assaisonnement. Le bao n’était pas avec un pain « bao » et le carpaccio de magret de canard n’était pas un plat réussi.
C’est triste mais ce n’est plus aussi bien qu’avant.

Je vous déconseille fortement cet endroit, à moins que vous aimiez vous faire avoir comme un pigeon. On a commandé des tapas : 10,50 € pour six toutes petites boulettes avec un peu de fromage à l’intérieur, un vrai scandale.
Les serveurs, incapables de diviser correctement l’addition en deux, ont même ajouté quelques euros en plus via le terminal. Bref, un piège à touristes classique.

Buon hummus con pita, tartare e patate. Locale vista mare, sicuramente più apprezzabile dal balcone in alto, se si trova posto. Il vino Monsieur S. - Crémant de Limoux Brut Nature non mi è piaciuto. Il servizio mediamente gentile. Consigliata prenotazione.
