Dîner à 5. On a demandé conseil au serveur pour choisir des choses à partager. Les plats étaient très bons, les sauces au top.
On a particulièrement aimé : les amuses-bouches pour démarrer offerts par le resto, l’agneau au yaourt cuits aux epinards, le plat aux aubergines, le poulet Kourma, le Raïta, les naan bien chauds et croustillants.
Mention spéciale à l’équipe souriante et à l’écoute. Bravo!

Come for the colorful decor, stay for the delicious food. The Indian lounge offers a variety of dishes, from tandoori and curries to biriyani. Each dish was flavorful and well portioned. Good prize-size ratio. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Friendly and fast service. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I had the best mango chicken in this place ever. It was sweet and a bit salty, the sauce was juicy and savory, with just the right amount of spice (low). The shrimp tempura was also very good, I can recommend it.

The lemonade we ordered wasn’t very good, it is a store bought bottle with lots of bubbles, I was expecting a house lemonade.

Starting with good points-
The service was good. Thats all! The two stars were only for service

Food- maybe its mellowed down to accommodate the foreign taste but it was not good at all.

Attaching a video of how hard the meat was. I used a hard force to cut it but it seemed heavily overcooked or old.

Deco très sympa repas très bon sauf les nan le cheese ben sans cheese et l'autre à l'ail pas ouf repas expédié avant même la fin de l'apéro je paye en cash il me dit je vous ramène la monnaie je répond oui il me dit 30 sevondes après je garde ou je vous rend quelques chose ça ne ce fait pas tu rend la monnaie et je la laisse en pourboire je préfère 1000 fois le mother india plus bas

Wow! Quel beau et bon restaurant Indien dans le vieux Nice. C’est tellement beau, autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur dans une petite ruelle originale. Ça vaut le déplacement!

Achtung! Lebensmittelvergiftung! Der Abend bei Indian Lounge war eigentlich super schön, das Essen hat uns geschmeckt, die Atmosphäre war gut und der Service war okay.. etwas störend war nur, dass man wirklich nach 1 1/2 Stunden den Platz verlassen sollte. Viel schlimmer war aber, dass meine Mutter und ich beide am nächsten Tag kotzen mussten und uns übel war und wir schlimme Magenkrämpfe hatten. Es kann nur vom indisch essen gewesen sein, wahrscheinlich mangelnde Hygiene.. Ich würde hier nicht mehr essen gehen und kann es auch leider nicht empfehlen, auch wenn der Abend an sich eigentlich ganz schön war.

Optisch meiner Meinung nach der beste Inder in diesem Viertel. Leider konnte weder der Service noch das Essen uns richtig überzeugen.
Dem Butter Chicken hat irgendwie die Power gefehlt und das Chicken Biryani war auch nichts besonderes.
Das cheese Naan war allerdings sehr gut.

Was mir auch nicht gefallen hat, war der Auftritt von Straßenkünstlern direkt neben uns, die dann die Tische abklappern und nach Geld fragen.

We wanted to try Indian food in Nice and we selected this restaurant among all others because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews.
Being an Indian and a foodie, I can certify that the food isn't bad, we liked the naan and the chicken and paneer curry, the rice was also well cooked. But considering my high expectations, I won't rate it as high as some people here have rated the restaurant.
I can understand that the restaurant had adjusted the recipe to suit the European taste buds and they didn't spoil the food as other restaurants in France.

C'est mon restaurant indien préféré sur Nice.
Il y a 10 ans j'y étais déjà !
Valeur sûre, je valide.
Menu goa conseillé.
A la carte c'est bon aussi et pas épicé, mais les sauces sont là pour ajuster.
Mais le gâteau à la pistache est aux amandes pas à la pistache! Merci de changer la dénomination.

Today I tried Indian cuisine for the first time in this amazing Indian restaurant. I really liked everything and spent an hour studying the menu in advance. And it was not in vain that we chose all the most delicious things. rice, chicken in coconut, mild shrimp, eggplant with tomato, they have raspberry champagne on the menu, as well as jasmine tea. Just Jasmine without adding tea, the local desserts were also great, but I was especially impressed by the design of the restaurant. Enjoy my photos
