The staff were great. The ambiance was lovely, when you sit inside you feel like you are in Mexico!
The staff members took utmost care and served with smiling faces. They also understood English which was a big plus for me.
The food was served hot and was prepared with utmost care. The taste of food exceeded my expectations in a very good way. I loved the food. There is outside food was presented in a very nice manner.
The server also patiently provided us with information we needed to order our food.
It appeared to be a very nice place with hard working servers and staff. The whole experience was a great one!
There was a waiter in spectacles and absolutely rude and rather being sarcastic when asking anything about the menu or anything at all. So not a pleasant experience at all.
We ordered the large nachos, chicken fajitas, and a margarita. The nachos arrived with room-temperature, canned-tasting cheese and stale chips—more reminiscent of a gas station snack than a restaurant appetizer. The chicken fajitas were hot but oddly seasoned, with spices that leaned more toward Indian than Mexican, which threw off the entire dish.
The margarita was overpriced at 13€ and lacked the freshness and flavor you'd expect at that price point. Service was passable but uninspired—nothing particularly welcoming or attentive. The indoor ambience was average at best, but what really surprised me was someone at the next table smoking a cigarette inside. That alone would have made the experience unpleasant, food aside.
Given the quality of the food and drink, it felt far too expensive for what we received. In hindsight, I should’ve known better than to expect great Mexican food on the Riviera—but I gave it a shot for my son’s sake.
If you’re in the area and craving Mexican, you might want to keep looking—or wait until you're somewhere it's more likely to be done right.
