Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de bonne viande ! qualité exceptionnelle, cuisson parfaite et plats savoureux.
Le service est tout simplement irréprochable : attentionné, chaleureux et toujours avec le sourire.
On sent que les produits sont choisis avec soin et travaillés avec passion.
L’expérience client est exceptionnelle.
L’emplacement est idéal, dans un cadre calme et agréable, ce qui rend le moment encore plus plaisant. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !

Absolutely delicious food, particularly steak and empanadas. The service is superb and extremely friendly. Nice location not far from the port. We truly enjoyed our dinner and highly recommend this place.

La qualité de l'accueil était bonne, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, nous avons été très déçus par la quantité des plats servis, surtout vu les prix. Des tapas à 32 € pour une portion aussi minuscule, c'est vraiment exagéré.
J'ai pris un plat à 35 € et je n'ai vu aucune différence en quantité et en garniture par rapport au plat du jour à 16 € — cela laisse un goût amer.
De plus, la garniture prévue pour deux personnes a été répartie entre quatre convives... une économie de bout de chandelle qui donne une impression de radinerie totalement déplacée dans un restaurant à ces tarifs

Un posto eccellente. Di quanto provato, sia su nostra scelta che su consiglio dei magnifici ragazzi che lo gestiscono, nulla ci ha deluso. Tutti i piatti eccezionali. Locale molto curato e fuori dal caos del lungomare, ma ugualmente suggestivo. Ottimo lavoro! Ottima esperienza! Ottimo cibo!

Une vraie petite pépite ce restaurant. La viande est extra tendre et goûteuse, cuite comme il faut ! Mention spéciale pour la Picanha qui était incroyable.

I had a fantastic experience at Quilombo Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was stylish yet relaxed – perfect for a night out.
The food was impressive across the board. The beef was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, full of rich flavor. But the real highlight was the octopus – hands down one of the best I’ve ever had: perfectly grilled, soft, and bursting with taste.
Portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. If you’re looking for a place with great food, a welcoming vibe, and fair prices, Quilombo is definitely worth a visit!

Very rude,
My wife and I were looking for a place to eat and we stumbled across Quilombo. Sometimes we like being spontaneous but on the day after sitting down and looking at the menu we didn't feel in the mood for what they had to offer. We both said to each other we just didn't fancy a steak but it would be nice to come back another day. My wife we inside and politely said we wasn't going to eat here but we'll be back another night. The waiter said that we reserved a place (we didn't) and that it was our choice to eat here. Well yeah, but also it's our choice not to as well we didn't order anything and plenty of spaces free so not like we wasted their time?! The waiter made my wife feel uncomfortable and got very snappy and make us pay €6 for water we didn't ask for. Food looked amazing but sadly we won't return for the experience we had.

Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in my life Easily the best meal we’ve had in France. My entire family loved everything. The owners were amazing. I highly recommend eating here.

문어 맛집,, 야들야들 연한 문어에 달큰매콤한 소스 필승이죠? 분명 당근 소스라는데 단호박 맛이 나여 ㄷㄷ 빵 발라서 싹싹 설거지했습니다???? 메뉴판에 없었지만 캄파리 스프리츠 요청하니 만들어주셨어요! 그리고 기분 탓일지 모르겠으나 직원 oppa들이 친절, 유쾌하고 잘생김 ^.^ 디저트로 시킨 Coup Colonel은 보드카에 담긴 상큼한 레몬 소르베인데 입안을 싹 정리해줘서 좋았어요! 니스 레스토랑들의 사악한 가격에 비하면 나름 합리적인 가격이지만 물 1병(75cl)만은 6유로(...)니까 참고하세요...☆ 영수증 보고 알았답니다

Can’t understand the hype. Meat was average South American, Argentinian or other. Tasted slightly wetaged. Sides came out of the microwave. You know that when they are way too hot. Fries were soft and mushy. When we ordered our meet, I asked for a bigger piece that will be grilled as a whole. So I was recommended the Faux Filet, as it comes on 500g or 1000g sizes. Then it came cut in three pieces as they don’t want to bother grilling a bigger piece as a whole.
Atmosphere is rather cold and not cozy at all.
Service was trying, but couldn’t handle different opinions.
So all in all, good f your really fancy a good piece of meat, that’s not the place to visit.

Service was great and the atmosphere was good but the filets were extremely under cooked. They came out about 2 steps down from the temperature they were ordered. Medium came out somewhere between rare and medium rare and medium rare was blue and extremely chewy. The side of my plate ended up looking like a pile of ground beef before I gave up trying to eat. Sad to have spent one of our meals on one that we regretted. The fries and side salad were the best part of the meal.

Looking for a decent steak on our last night in Nice and so very pleased to have found this place. Great location at the end of the promenade without being too touristy in a slightly more discreet location.
An attentive and friendly waiter in a more relaxed, informal atmosphere. The steaks were top quality and the fries some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Salad was also delicious and perfect accompaniment.
Can’t comment on wine selections as we don’t drink but heard several recommendations being given to compliment meats.
Finished off with a tasty homemade tiramisu.
Reasonably priced coming at around 115€ for couple (Mains, pudding and soft drinks). Would definitely recommend and likely to return when we’re next in Nice.

Delicious!!! My husband & I visited Argentina & this restaurant tastes just like the steak there. Quilombo was such a pleasant surprise accompanied by outstanding service. The best meat we had in Europe during our 3 week trip! We will definitely be back & highly recommend dinning here. Thank you Federico!

We came to have dinner twice because the food was amazing and the service super good! It’s an Argentinian bistro with a lot of charm, the suggestions and attention for details makes this a charming place to visit! Is a must do in Nice

L’unica pecca che posso dire è che avendo provato a prenotare telefonicamente mi è stato detto che non accettavano prenotazioni , per poi arrivando al ristorante ci è stato chiesto se avevamo prenotato.
Forse non gradiscono molto i turisti
