It was really delicious, you should come if in Nice. I had squid and stuffed sardines and both were exceptionally good.

This place was heaven! I went twice for dinner. My hotel was right by it so I just stumbled across it and I got the steak with green beans and eggplant and potatoe cake, and pasta and beef. It was AMAZING. Their apple tart is also insane. The manager gave me a free aperitif and offered me limoncello. This place has also a lot of awards for serving legit Nicoise food. My favourite the whole trip. You have to try it.

What a hidden gem! The Niçoise salad was hands down the best I’ve ever had — fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. The veal dish that followed was absolutely outstanding: tender, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly satisfying. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the crème brûlée nailed it — silky smooth inside with that perfect caramelized top. Every dish felt like it was made with real care. I only wish I had found this place sooner. Highly, highly recommended!

Il locale è un gioiello nel cuore di Nizza, un posto intimo nel quale passare una piacevole serata all'insegna della buona cucina. Il menu offre piatti tipici nizzardi, tutti freschi e preparati in casa. La scelta va dalle insalate sostanziose, per proseguire con estrosi primi piatti e una varietà molto gustosa di secondi, anche piuttosto ricercati, tutto a base o di carne o pesce. Alla fine di un ottimo pasto non può mancare il dessert: chiaramente tra le opzioni si possono trovare quelli tipici del posto come la tourte de blette, tarte tatin e il creme caramel. Insomma, una garanzia per chiunque abbia buon gusto. Ma la punta di diamante è il personale, con il quale si può ben intendere che l'esperienza è prima di tutto culturale su più fronti, oltre che gastronomica.

진짜 인종차별 엄청 납니다.
갑자기 카드기 고장나서 근처 ATM가서 돈 뽑아오라고 현금 밖에 안된다고 함.
중국인 일본인 한국인 동양인들은 무조건 현금 내라고 함. 카드리더기 좀전까지 사용됐다고 항의하니 커넥션 문제로 카드기 사용안된다고 함.
그래서 그럼 시도만 해보겠다 하니 카드 결제 성공..

꼭 가실분들은 현금 챙기시고 카드기
안된다고 하시면 시도해보겠다고 강력히 말하세요.

Very poor customer care from people who run this restaurant. First of all, there was water falling from the ceiling, and the owner didn’t say sorry, but just moved the table a few centimeters, which wasn’t enough.
The food was just average quality, but the very poor experience happened at the payment: the cashier was saying that the POS was out of service and so the only way to pay was cash, never apologizing. We didn’t have enough cash, so we offered to do an immediate bank transfer but she refused it and forced us to go to an ATM and get the cash. We had to waste our time to find an ATM and pay the commission for a foreign withdrawal. We were so annoyed that we asked for a small discount (6€ out of 86€, less than 7% of the bill) for the inconvenience caused, and instead of apologizing or trying to negotiate an even smaller discount, the owners started arguing saying that the POS being out of service is not their responsibility and it wasn’t their fault at all and if we didn’t pay 100% of the bill, then they would have called the police.
I replied saying that at least they had to show a message saying “POS out of service, only cash accepted”, and the owner replied saying that the out of service started while we were having dinner. Then, since the POS was on, we said we wanted to try to pay those 6€ with card and they prepared the POS acting like they were sure the transaction would have failed, but of course it worked.
In the end, we found out that all this crazy show was made just to avoid to pay taxes and credit card commissions…
In 2025 this kind of scams is not acceptable.

Oh la la mes amis !! Quelle agréable expérience. C’est tellement appréciable de pouvoir retrouver un restaurant à taille humaine avec des prix très très raisonnables et surtout avec des personnes sympathiques. Allez-y pour déguster les spécialités niçoises, ne vous posez pas de questions, allez-y, les yeux fermés.

Awesome food, great outdoor dining on the warm bright afternoon near Old Town Nice. The homemade authentic pasta was the best I've ever tasted in 69 years of food consumption. The fantastic mini fresh vegetables stuffed with ground veal then roasted were tre manufique.

Für zwischendurch ein nettes Lokal, allerdings fehlt die Raffinesse bei den Gerichten. Für Nizza ist die Küche eher unterdurchschnittlich, die Desserts sind ganz okay. Der Parmesan aus dem Streuer sagt alles.

Une usine pour touristes, salade de poulpes insipide et sardines farcies arrivées froides sorties du frigo puis après l’avoir signalé au serveur elles sont revenues réchauffées au micro-ondes, sèches et dures. Le touriste qui ne sait pas ce que c’est qu’une sardine farcie va donc la manger froide ???????????? ! Service expéditif, endroit sans charme, nous devions être les seuls locaux dans ce restaurant !

L'hôtel où nous sommes nous a recommandé à mon mari et moi cet établissement. À notre tour nous le recommandons. C'était parfait de l'accueil au repas.
