Loved my stay at Hotel Gabriel! The room is amazing, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a hotel. Everyone is so so friendly, the receptionists in particular are doing a fantastic job! I would definitely choose this place again!

Lot of traffic/city noise with window open. Closed is much better but still some noise, but way too hot, aircon did function but very poor only made slight difference, clearly needs maintenance or updrade.||I left after a few hours, I asked for refund of remaining 7 nights of 8 night booking, they point blank refused citing terms and conditions. While I concede that's their legal right for non-refundable bookings most hotels will refund future nights in these situations.||Only after I mentioned I will leave reviews did the managager then say they might consider discussing options, however they cut the call short saying there were busy and would call back, they never did and likely never intended too.||Also only after this they said I was aggresive and scared staff before I left, while I concede I was loud and firm stating my displeasure, I consider that rather an exaggerated description and they certainly did not look scared, again this was only mentioned after I mentioned leaving reviews, so they were just scrambling to find excuses to justify themselves.||The facts speak for themselves, most hotels will refund future unused nights regardless of the situation for the reason of goodwill of service, to do otherwise and engage in back and forth debate of what did or did not happen and look for reasons to justify the decision is just a greedy and opportunistic grab for money over service.

I had a one night reservation which I turned into a 5 night after my first day, it was that good.||Perfect location in the city yet the surroundings are quiet and peaceful at night for good sleep. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the remodeled interior is fresh, clean and warm. I also found the bed extremely comfortable. I will be returning here for my next stay.

Katja Windisch|5/5|vor 2 Stunden auf Google|Wir waren für 3 Nächte in diesem hübschen Hotel, um uns nach unserer Wanderung von Tende nach Menton noch etwas am Meer zu erholen. Wir waren von Anfang an in das Hotel Gabriel verliebt. Es liegt wunderbar, hat von außen schon eine sehr ansprechende Fassade und der Empfangsbereich ist sehr einladend. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und sehr sympathisch. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Das Zimmer ist, genau wie alles im Haus, farblich und mit Mobiliar und Accessories sehr schön aufeinander abgestimmt. Selbst die hübschen Quasten an den Schlüsseln, die Visitenkarten und auch der Stadtplan passen zum ästhetischen Gesamtbild. Das alles ist sehr wohltuend für das Auge! Danke allein dafür! Getoppt wurde das Ganze durch das Frühstück. Wer Cerealien liebt, wird begeistert sein! Uns fehlte nichts. Teller, Tassen, Schalen ... auch hier wieder alles 100 % stimmig. Ich überlege, mich komplett so einzurichten. :)|Das junge Personal war im ganzen Haus sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Mich freute sehr, dass man zu Beginn eine Glasflasche bekam, die man während des Auffenthaltes an der Rezeption wieder auffüllen konnte. Auch begeisterte mich der Decken-Ventilator, auch wenn wir ihn nicht brauchten, die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher (auch hier wurde auf passendes Design geachtet). Wir haben in dem bequemen Bett überaus entspannt geschlafen. Ich schlief durch, was bei mir nur sehr selten vorkommt.|Wir wünschen dem Team vom Hotel Gabriel viel Erfolg und jederzeit liebe und freundliche Gäste.

Extremely thoughtfully designed rooms, which contain everything for a really comfortable stay. The team consists of really nice people, and their demeanour and service is truly par excellence. |The balcony was an absolute joy. ||Would definitely stay here when we're back in Menton.
