Reply to owner: Your explanation only makes things more frustrating—it’s disappointing to learn that you’re knowingly posting incorrect hours and refusing to fix them. If you’re not actually open during those times, don’t advertise that you are. It’s disrespectful to customers’ time. I walked a long way to your restaurant because I believed you were one of the few open mid-afternoon.
Out of fairness, I’ll update my review to a neutral 3 stars. But I will also include a photo of your actual posted hours so others don’t make the same mistake.
