Avoid This Place – Scam Alert!
I booked this property through Hotels.com with a 100% guaranteed free cancellation. I cancelled months in advance – the hotel and Hotels.com confirmed in writing that I would get a full refund.
Result? No refund. Endless excuses. Radio silence.
This so-called “Résidence Carré Marine” is running a blatant scam with fake cancellation “fees” that were never agreed. Hotels.com does nothing to help – they just blame the hotel.
This is outright fraud: they keep your money, breach their own terms, and hide behind meaningless “confirmations”.
⚠️ WARNING: Do NOT trust this place or Vacancéole. They have zero integrity and will keep your money without delivering any service.
⚠️ I strongly advise everyone to book elsewhere – there are plenty of honest accommodations in the area.
I will not remove this review until every cent is refunded. Good luck explaining this fraud to your next customers.

Résidence idéalement située à 10mn de la plage à pied.
La piscine est belle agréable et propre.
Le personnel est compétent, sympathique et réactif.
La vue sur les bateaux est reposante.
Bref je vous conseille fortement cet endroit.

Séjour agréable dans cette belle région. Le cadre de la résidence est très agréable, elle est très bien placée.||
