Old rooms, bad smell.

L'hotel si trova su una collina non molto comodo da raggiungere, a 15/20 minuti dalla strada principale. Un piccolo parcheggio gratuito. Ho prenotato 2 camere per una sola notte (11 agosto)perché eravamo di passaggio, penso che sia andata bene così, per più notti sarebbe troppo scomodo e costoso. Ci hanno dato una tripla e una matrimoniale che erano comunicanti tra loro da una porta che si poteva chiudere. Le 2 camere avevano i loro balconi, i 2 bagni e le 2 porte d'uscita indipendenti. La tripla aveva una piccola cucina. Nei bagni niente bidet ma era tutto pulito. L'aria condizionata funzionava ma faceva un po' rumore. Animali ammessi. Colazione varia e buona ma costa €.7,50 . Ripeto che per una notte può andare bene ma non di più.

We stayed here 8 nights. In general, I can say that it is a price performance hotel. Can be preferred to make a payment below the average prices of Nice. Its location is on a hill and about 15 minutes from the beach by car. The road to the hill is narrow and winding, so you have to drive carefully. There is a construction work next door to the hotel so it's hard to sleep from 7:30 on weekdays because of the noise. Breakfast was average and coffe mugs had some stains. The staff was very nice and helpful. In general, yes, we were satisfied in terms of price performance.

Nothing can describe how bad this place is. We arrived after a long drive and the room was showed to us and wow how bad it was, smelt all musky curtains hanging off the rails hairs in the shower and toilet was minging!!!!! Got shown another room and it was definitely not in a fit state to leave my dogs in let alone human beings again musky smell and damp. Nothing like the photos which are obviously from when they first opened. Avoid at all costs!!!!
